We're starting a 13+ episode stretch of total filler tonight with this first episode.

these are both comedy episodes, so you really don't lose anything by watching them since you already know Sango ends up joining the group from the openings.

This is actually pretty accurate.

Basically from here to the end of the series, if it involves Naraku or someone associated with him, it's probably canon. If doesn't, it's probably not.
