Trump on Twitter Attacking Republican Leadership

Trump has systematically insulted every demographic in America and shown through his ever changing comments on his own freaking policies that he just goes up there, spouts whatever he feels is gonna make people happiest at that time, and leaves. Doesn't matter what you run him against at this point...the other candidate would be a better choice regardless of who it is.

Even if you are a Republican, this guy doesn't stand for anything but branding your party with so many stains that it'll never come clean enough in its image to win again. He doesn't know policy, he advocates war crimes, he's a misogynist, a racist, a complete xenophobe who thinks he can isolate us from all the world and piss all over them in the process and somehow NOT cause wars or cripple us on the world economic markets causing us to fall further behind, he's not paid taxes in nearly 20 years, someone who dealt illegally in trade with Cuba and Russia who is more than likely still backed by Russia given that US banks blacklisted him and a majority of his business was shimmed up by them, someone who misuses charities for tax shelters and self funding, is a habitual liar and not even good at hiding it given all the recordings we've seen, a draft dodger who openly mocks PTSD victims and real war heroes and someone who actually has the gall to think they are a hero for getting out of everything.

He'd burn the whole country but so long as he made it out of the fire okay at the end he'd brag about how smart he was and how he was fine making him better than everyone else who got destroyed during his reign.

CNN stepped up big time and released their Howard Stern stuff at the right moment.

Can't wait for the debate. All Hillary has to do is sit back and watch it burn.

What a pathetically broken party.

If someone told you this is what the election would look like 4 years ago people would call you crazy.

This is literally watching a trainwreck in slow motion.

Android.

Fuckin' A. The whole of the GOP is gonna get cratered. It's about damn time.

Apparently his advisors told him that attacking Clinton for his husband's affairs would bring the Rebublicans, who are jumping ship, back into the fold. You just can't make this shit up. It's gotta be Bannon. "You know what will play well? Handwaving away your own assault of women by viciously attacking another one on TV!"
Only MRA idiots would think this is a good idea.

Hopefully once the party manages to gather itself, demographics will make it impossible for a Republican to win the presidency.

This like that movie where the association doesn't kill the outlier. Instead they let him go and they start to hear rumblings about the outlier making moves under their nose.

While a few of the association goons try and convince the boss to end the outlier now, the boss refuses cause the outlier doesn't pose a big enough threat.

Then before they know it he goes John Wick and single handedly brings the association down.

At this point the association can try and save face by sending (aka I can't support him anymore) a few goons, but they know it's over.

Tonight we'll get our "yea,I think I'm back!" Moment.

It's still kind of weird that the leaked audio was the tipping point for so many supporters, I mean it was gross but pretty much fit how Trump's held himself during this entire election cycle so it wasn't really a big surprise he would say something like that.

I guess I'm trying to say that with all the politically dangerous and inane things he said it's weird that an issue that most Republicans never really seem to care about (women) is what set them off. I gotta kind of agree with Trump here that the Republicans suddenly jumping ship after actively working against women's reproductive rights and making it harder and harder to take rape as an issue seriously in this country are being hypocritical at railing against him for this, without excusing Trump.

He's also highlighting that Hilary is a secondary victim of the behavior people are finding so terrible.

I wonder whether the Democrats will decide to get rid of the filibuster if they manage to win both the House and Senate. It's clear that the GOP is a broken party that will just vote down party lines to obstruct the Democrats out of spite, and the Democrats probably won't have 60 Senate seats again for a long time.

They'd be able to accomplish a lot before the 2018 midterms.

Man, this guy. At what point does the GOP just thrown in the towel and ask voters to write in Romney or vote for Johnson/MacMullin.

This weekend, man. The schadenfreude has been incredible.

I know this is the third time I've used this gif within a day. I'm sorry, I'll stop.

Despite all the fear over the prospect of Trump actually winning, the flipside is that these meltdowns and inter-party fighting are almost too good to believe.

If, two years ago, you'd said that the Republican party would honestly look as if it could implode with this much cartoonish absurdity in the very near future, most people would have gloomily said we couldn't be that lucky. They wouldn't be /that/ stupid, they would pull back before making too big of a blunder. Especially after Romney failed.

But nope. Here we are.

And the best part is they did it to themselves. They didn't need any outside help.

This is where their conventions rules fuck them up.

You better believe the GOP has some sort of quorum post election to make some major changes here.

Let's not forget the GOP fomented these strategies for decades. You reap what you sow.

If conservative white women in deep Red States stay home or switch votes, you're going to have a bloodbath not seen since Reagan / Carter. SC and AZ will easily go blue, Texas / Utah becomes a swing state, ect

This is exactly the sort of event that could do it. And that would have disasterous effects down ballot.
