Yeah, it was pointed out on Reddit that she was saying nothing but positive things until it seems that she actually saw the show. Was she expecting more screen time? Was the audio overdubbed and she's pissed about that? Is she mad because she didn't get an introduction like Nine Inch Nails. Eddie Vedder, James Hurley (lol), etc?
This whole season I was wondering if they would mention the Chalfonts/Tremonds and how they would portray them. It blows my mind that they would end up being mentioned at the very end. Such a great ending.
You know, they're more mysterious than The Fireman. I still don't understand them. They saw how Leland was "inspired" to kill Laura. Didn't do anything then, but did help her (maybe? I guess the ring did give her the choice of dying or being possessed). And now might have hindered Cooper's search for Sarah.
Weird as fuck.
They're weird in the original series, but the movie made them a lot more interesting.
And it's interesting they aren't mentioned all season until the very end, and notable since they apparently also owned the trailer in Deer Meadows.
Now's the time to admit that I thought the Fat Trout Trailer Park was in Dear Meadows and not Twin Peaks(until this season).
You know, the OT title is rather fitting with how the season ended.

The sign said "new" so a move sounds canon to me.
I'll be watching closely for this for any hints of it in my rewatch but yeah I'm pretty sure Sarah wasn't possessed or whatever until after the New York scene. It doesn't make sense that Mr C wouldn't know where to find her otherwise. It seems like the Experiment ended up inhabiting her after leaving New York. The "do you want to fuck with this" voice sounds a lot like the voice of the fake Philip Jefferies in episode 2.
It was. This is one thing that I didn't get. Did Carl just up and move the trailer park? Now's the time to admit that I thought the Fat Trout Trailer Park was in Dear Meadows and not Twin Peaks(until this season).
Ah, I didn't catch that for some reason. The sign said "new" so a move sounds canon to me.
Ay. I guess it's easy enough to move a trailer park. Carl should probably avoid the ominous electric poles by now though!Oooooh ok now it makes way more sense. It was kinda weird cause I thought "wait that means Cooper went to Twin Peaks looking for Chester Desmond in FWWM???"
So what caused Coop to become more "Mr. C"-like in the other reality?
So what caused Coop to become more "Mr. C"-like in the other reality?
Why did Diane cover his face during sex and then leave the next day? Is she trapped in this new reality?
Because they're Richard and Linda. While Coop still retains enough of his Coop'ness to not be Richard enough for Linda, which is why she leaves him.
Clearly the fact that Cooper is teleported to Odessa means only one thing...
Twin Peaks takes place in the Heroes universe. Anything "supernatural" is simply the work of various superpowered humans. Bob is Skylar. Cooper has dream related powers. Everything makes sense now.
Well... if nothing else, I have to say that this Finale definitely answered ONE of the big mysteries of this season:
Why is Mr. C's head imprisoned once in the White Lodge(?)?
Is Major Briggs' head's presence supposed to indicate a kind of ascension?
I'm thinking Chet was the offscreen husband sharing the pre-Palmer homeowner info with his wife at the door(!). "Let's Rock!"Also that! They might have had a role in Chester Desmond's disappearance.
From the Twin Peaks wiki: Sarah stood in her kitchen the next morning, February 24, 1989. She impatiently called for her daughter to wake up, but received no answer. After searching for Laura, she could not find her anywhere in the house.
Jeffries seconds before he disappears and after talking about dreams: "February 1989."
This shit just keeps getting crazier.
Wait a minute...
I was born in February 1989.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
here's my take on itJust finished the last ep. So what're some popular theories on the ending?
