I thought they said the randomizer changed Mew's TM and HM learning potential. Don't know if that is actually the case or not though.

That was pretty fortunate they spammed Octazooka and killed Kingdra's accuracy though. Otherwise Psycho would have finished him off.

Definitely. It's like sand attack all over again, except it does damage too.
Edit: And yet again, democracy fails when they try to teach Mew surf. I don't get how it always fails with him but rarely with other plans.

All Pokemon in randomizer have a 90% chance of learning a move if it shares the same type otherwise it has just a 25% chance. I'm almost certain it was established that Mew can't learn surf this run.

Altaria is such a joke. Bring Zexy or Charizard, the team seriously needs a fire type.
And Masquerain should probably be replaced with Treecko.
I don't get why most that don't want to, argue that all these pokémon are low-level. It would be really easy to grind them and get them to acceptable levels.

I would agree, but it really would take a LONG time to level charizard at this point. Unlike Mew, it wasn't traded so doesn't get bonus xp I believe.
I agree with Altaria, it's been pretty useless since we got it and a lot of people want it gone. Unfortunately the majority is dead set on never touching the PC again. People just don't want to create any risks in this "perfect" run. It doesn't matter much though, we should still be able to stomp the E4 with this team provided they don't have a ghost type member.
Watch Green be ghost type, JUST WATCH!
Masquerain is a staple of the team though, and has been since the beginning. Getting rid of it would be awful.

Huh. Looking at Green's party pokemon through the games (minus Kingdra, because that's his starter), all of his Pokemon have been type matched.
At Pokemon Tower: Solrock - Unown - Espeon - Metang (all Psychic)
At Silph Co. Goldeen - Poliwrath - Crawdaunt - Kabutops (all Water)
And the most recent one being Steel. Maybe he'll have a different type as the champion? (Or he might keep the Steel typing, I don't know).

All bosses have their types set to whatever the randomizer dictates. Green is a special case because his Horsea always remains (but evolves as the story progresses).

Yeah Masquerain just needs to replace mirror move and it will still be very useful... and as I was typing this, he learned aerial ace! Awesome.

I'm aware. But I didn't notice that his typing changes as the story goes on. So that begs the question of what type he'll have as Champion.

Like Crayolan said before, with our luck, he will have Ghost type Pokémon.
I still think Charizard or Zexy could easily replace Altaria. Getting them from 5 to 30 should be easier when we get past Victory Road.

Man mew is just so cursed... this is like the 10th democracy attempt at either switching move order or teaching him surf and not a single one has succeeded.

Apparently the Articuno plan didn't work out and we got out of the cave. So it's either some other legendary or victory road next.
I actually wasn't expecting much, but that was pretty awesome.

I'm pretty sure we're going for VR now. I think it's the right move. We already killed one legendary. Hopefully the streamer will let us do some post-game stuff, but if not, there's always the save game for the ROM.

Hmm if it takes about 2 weeks for every Pokemon game, then it will take at most 2 to 3 months before he runs out of them. Chances are after hgss he will start to play the spin off again. Ranger and Dash will be LOL worthy and can't hold much views. N64 Pokemon Games should hold views in the 2000s for a week i think.

Looks like they're torn between the power plant and victory road. They should potbelly just do the plant at this point since victory road require everybody to be on board as it's very easy to troll. Aside from that, the team is considerably gimped and they haven't set the checkpoint since pallet town.
