Huh, and BE said it wasn't going to be on youtube or ustream. Then they linked to MMAfighting and that's where the UFC's vid player is.

That's mma journalism for you.

Speak for yourself man, I love watching good MMA every weekend.

QFT, I am perfectly fine with having a free fight 2-3 weeks in a row followed by a PPV with a compelling main event...like 143.

On paper the main event has all the markings of a classic and IMO a much more interesting event than GSP/Diaz.
I like GSP, it's clear he's done a lot for the sport but he's forgotten how to fight exciting so I'm likely rooting for whoever wins this weekend to take GSP out. Personally I hope it's Diaz because he is that special sort of crazy that makes people want to watch, and he can fight like a mofo.
I was at 137 surrounded by Hawaiians and squealed like a little school girl every time Penn took another good shot (which was a lot). By the end of the main event my wife was sure we were going to get lynched (or whatever Hawaiians do to people... bbq?... poi?)

Yeah that comment was hilarious. That's why he shook Condit's hand, real recognize real. I wouldn't be too bummed if Condit beat Diaz because Condit is a fucking fighter like Nick.

I wonder how many fighters can do that.

I feel like there's no underdog I'd trust my money with on this card. I say this knowing I pick main event underdogs wrong with 100% accuracy.

You guys see anything?

Alex Caceres. Ohterwise just parlay up and you'll be ok.

For example, the ChefRamsay Bet The Farm™ Certified Pick® With 100% Accuracy! would be Koscheck.

I actually think this fight is going to be a grind that could go either way. I'd put money on Pierce before I did Koscheck. The odds aren't worth the risk, though.

I'd never put money on Bruce Leeroy, especially at +105, but that's just me.

Cant wait to watch the fight, hoping Diaz pulls of the win but man is Condit a scary beast.

Can someone give me an example of the kind of returns you guys get on the betting? I've never done sports gambling before, in anyway (outside pot tickets lol). How do I read the lines? I assume (+105) means you'd win more for betting on him vs (-105)? Can someone give me an example of $20-$100 type bets, like the payouts? Genuinely curious.

+105 means you bet $100 to win $105. -$105, you bet $105 to win $100.
