-beam hyper
-rushing ground punch
-self OTG capability
-Meteor Smash style projectile that causes ground bounce
-Inferno style hyper
-Beast canon style hyper
-Sliding kick that travels fullscreen across the floor
-Can combo off ground grab

You cant even argue he is a good character to troll with. MODOK has that area well and truly covered.

Phoenix Wright reminds me of Norimaro crossed with Polimar from TvC. Polimar has to charge up using a special three times to do his Level 3, though he can also cancel those charges into special move strings. Phoenix only seems to use evidence as a projectile.

Nice, he finds the right evidence fairly quickly there. His charged up form looks pretty good too.

In the original MVC3 pre-release thread I remember a number of people strongly advocating against the "waste of character slot" bitching because every character has their fans. So that when you whine that character A should be in instead of character B, you're just telling fans of B there shouldn't be a game for them.

PW was destined to cause triple the bitching though because he's not a macho serious character, so no surprise there.

I do have to think though, in a game with now 50 (FIFTY!) characters, opinions aside it seems petty to actually gripe about all of one character being unorthodox.

Wright's evidence bar reminds me of Platinum. Though it doesn't seem to rotate which is a bit of a shame because that could be sort-of deep and have situations for the evidence with HOLD ITS! popping up to block a characters progress while Wright changes the evidence or something.
