No he needs 3 evidence to go into his 3rd stance which is like his most powerful stance with insane ranged normals, specials and gives him access to his LVL3 hyper. He can't use his LVL3 without having the 3 evidence pieces and activating the "Turnabout" stance I believe it's called.Nose Master said:

It's an alternate reality in the fuuuuuuture. Capcom is trolling you. Doesn't mean Mega Man will be DLC, doesn't mean Cyclops, Psylocke, etc. are definitely out for good.
Anyway, Nova looks awesome. Phoenix Wright looks funny and I hope to see a lot of him but he appears a bit too technical for my tastes, so I probably won't spend much time with him. Nova, though, is exactly what I was hoping for.

The interesting thing about it is that if you do it during Summoned Swords, you can use the HSHSHS and the SS will prevent them from touching the ground so you can squeeze a few rounds of that in before getting the bounce.
