Phoenix Wright is going to have some very long block strings with assists.

The marvel blog with Shuma confirms Sentinel is on Tuesday. That means either Ryu or Chun-Li will probably be on Tuesday also. If Rocket and Frank are revealed on Monday then that puts them in line to get their colours revealed on next Friday.

Alright, let me change my prediction.
 
Maya stays out during the Super if you DHC. She doesn't stay out long, but I imagine you could DHC into Devil Trigger or Berserker Charge equivalent for a free mixup opportunity, kind of like Hailstorm or Hyper Sentinel Force.

I figured they just forgot or were new to Strider and had no idea. Sometimes I forget some characters have motion + s moves as well.

Just to clarify, Strider can self OTG now with Satellite, right? I know at one point he couldn't get a relaunch without an assist. Now, it seems like he can with Satellite. Or am I totally blind and missing something.

he has a slide OTG and the missile OTG, the slide otg must be used with an assist to keep the combo going.

I still wouldn't do it, Amazon is always a better choice. Free shipping and you get pre-order DLC as well, which presumably you won't get from Capcom store. Which reminds me, I still have to pre-order this + the new testament.
 
Hmm, I think I can see what they're going for with Felicia. Now that Sand Splash OTGs, the Toy Touch nerf makes sense. And she probably has a relaunch BnB combo going on in Ultimate.

Pure theory fighter, of course, but here's what I'm thinking for that BnB combo: cr.L, M, H, f+H, S (follow), M, M, H, Air Delta Kick L (ground bounce) (land), M, H, f+H, S (follow), M, H, S (begin charge back) (land), Sand Splash L xx Dancing Flash.

That's a fairly simple combo made up of mostly Felicia's basic magic series combos both in the air and on the ground, but using her new properties to make a basic relaunch combo. I'm sure that it's not as easy as it looks written out like that, the Air Delta Kick will probably make some spacing issues if used midscreen, possibly switching sides, and I can't do the hit stun deterioration calculations, so one of the f+Hs might have to go, but I think we'll see something like this. Wonder how much that'll hurt? And if Please Help Me! can be used instead of Dancing Flash.

And here I was ready to consider dropping Felicia for Ultimate. Now, I think I'll keep her around. Also, if Sand Splash OTGs, and Felicia has a Sand Splash assist, then did she just get an OTG assist that also eat weak projectiles?

Got announced around the time the game was. Costume dlc. Femme fatal pack for Gamestop, Villians for Best Buy and New Age for Amazon.

Finished watching the video and I walk away with a good feeling. Phoenix needs to be less derp in order to pull off her stuff, Cap is stronger than ever, Deadpool looks tricky as hell, Tasky got nerfed properly(could've used a 100k health nerf, but I'm not complaining that much) and Iron Man looks like he was not destroyed. I wish Capcom put this much work into their side of the roster, but whatever.

I'm digging Taskmaster's new option to cancel webswing into attacks like those arrows for a mobility tool. Considering airdashing means no block option this means Taskmaster will be one of the few with a way around that so he can still cover the screen and block in the air at a straight horizontal angle. The nerf to damage on hypers and to overal damage in his combos due to damage scaling will effect things somewhat, but overall I think he's going to be more entertaining now.

Less cheese and more high pressure antics is how I see him going.

Also good news on a totally unrelated front. For my portfolio I was pretty much ordered by career services to do some flash animations to show off those skills. Due to this I'll be slowly animating normals, specials and maybe a hyper or two for some original characters I plan on working on over the years to program into a fighter at some WAAAAY later date (talking years if I even get to do it). Either way I get to animate original fighters from my theorycraft bibles now. Prepare for the bizarre as I like the highly themed strange characters from Darkstalkers and I'll be trying for similar loud characters to attract attention to the design stuff in my portfolio. Wait until you see my Penguin Knight.

Love you fighting GAF. You inspire so many fun things for my portfolio.

Drinking? Oh GOD! Don't tell me Frank is going to get boosts and heal options via the shake drinks from his game now!

This could be enough to make me finally show interest in him outside of hoping for his shopping cart. I really like boost/heal characters.

I'm six hours away from the end of Dead Rising and I don't remember any stuff involving vomiting. Is this related to DR2 or something?
