I decided to revised the movelist if anyone care enough about theory fighting. (I am still working on it but just want some feedbacks from posters)
I can't keep fighting theory out of my mind. They should port old Jill (mvc2) and give it to Regina. So she can avoid dinosaurs to cause them attack the opponents to keep the character in role than summon them.
They should do:
Unique Move:
H + F: Machete
Special Moves:
SRK/DP: Dinosaur Summon
L - Compsognathus come out and jump on opponent. It would cling on opponent if not block to do small damages.
M - Oviraptor will come out and rush reckless toward to opponent.
H - Pteradon will fly and attack the opponent
QCB: Velociraptor
L - Rushing raptor that would give a low attack
M - Rushing raptor that would jump and attack which give out a high attack and overhead
H - Raptor attack from behind of the opponent
RDP: Grenade Gun
L - low arc
M - med arc
H - high arc that can cause overhead
QCF: Weapons
L - Gloak (Pistol)
M - Franchi PA3 (Shotgun)
H - Dual Sub Machine Gun
Hyper Moves:
Level 1 - Triceratops Charge (It could cause wall bounce or otg)
Level 3 - T-Rex (He would chomp the opponent and chew then spit the opponent out)
Level 1 Hyper which allow you to pick which weapon you want to use during hyper.

L + M = Firewall
M + H = Solid Cannon
L + H = Chainmine
