I hope there's some great in-game conversations in this one too. Aside from the usual Drake/Sully convos and the ones with Chloe, I found the ones with Tenzin (if you can call that conversations) particularly funny.

Hope there's enough of it.

MW3 isn't crashing any meta critic parties. It will probably be hovering around a flat 9, UC3 I'm calling as a 94 and Skyward Sword as a 96.

Not that any of it actually means anything.

Xenoblade's main goal and Uncharted's are so completely at odds that trying to jerry-rig Uncharted into Xenoblade's gameplay would be disastrous. Uncharted's gameplay works and so does Xenoblade's.

Then we have shit like mw2 or halo2 or gears of war being the most derivative shit ever that barely changes or doesn't each installment (read: boring) and the games that are trying to do something different and don't end up having the same spit and polish or do something in a different and interesting way get shunned? Fuck that shit.

Yeah right. This is a Zelda year you know. And on GAF, it will certainly be a 3 way fight between UC3, Zelda, and Dark Souls for GOTY. Probably alot of Portal 2 action as well, but that'll lose some heat because it came out so long ago.

Dark Souls, Portal 2 and, if it is legitimately as good as it looks, Skyward Sword, will be the main GOTY competition I feel. It will be between those three and Uncharted 3 around most place.

Reviewers love Bethesda though and Batman got ridiculous reviews, between those four plus Batman and Skyrim.

I think this year is Dark Souls' to lose. The thread is insane.

Fucking fuck, forgot about those. Yeah, Arkham City and Skyrim will be in the running. I'd put Arkham City over Skyrim, personally. In fact, now that I've been reminded I think Arkham City will scoop the most awards.

Uncharted will be godly, and im sure Batman and Skyrim will be just as good, but man.. they will need some sort of divine intervention to knock Dark Souls off as goty for me. This is easily the best year in gaming history. Think about it, Dark Souls, Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Batman, Battlefield 3.. all legitimate GOTY contenders.

I can wait I guess since it's free and all, but I was kind of wanting to pick up Battlefield 3 tomorrow. but if I'm getting Uncharted 3 PRETTY soon I will go ahead and use my UC3 money on that.
