Oh that episode is going to be so dope. Imagine if they do the dragon pit the same episode.
I could see the Walk/Pit as a really good opener/closer combo for an episode 9 or 10.

HmmmWe didn't put it in the post, but a casting call also went out forWildling archer extras for a 3 week shooting block including those dates, too. It's apparently very athletic work, so most likely a battle does take place.
HmmmPerhaps that supports the early talk of a battle in the snow that had grown to be larger than they originally scripted it.
I hope they don't cut Victarian in any way. He sounds so bad ass.
The Greyjoys are the best thing about books 4 & 5 fuck D&D I'm definitely not biased at all.He is and his chapters are usually good. One fact about him is quite disturbing....

If Victarian is in, I hope they go all out on his armor. Kraken helmet, huge cape....like a walking cthulu.

Honestly the greatest thing ever would be a sitcom with him and Tyrion living together. Varys and Littlefinger could be the couple living next door. It would certainly make everyone forget about TWOW.I'm not worried about Victarion not being in.. It's known that he is getting his own movie, like he rightfully deserves.
Well I hope they have more saved for episode 9 than Lena Headley's ass.
Isn't Daznak's Pit definitely happening?
On the very slim chance that Vic is in, they'll dress him in a damp jacket like every other Greyjoy they've done. If you're lucky they'll replace the leather armor under the jacket that the other Greyjoys wear with a steel chest plate.
Sounds about right. D&D probably think some armour (and clothing) are silly or not realistic enough. On the very slim chance that Vic is in, they'll dress him in a damp jacket like every other Greyjoy they've done. Kingsguard, bronze armour, the Mountain, Oberyn, Ramsay, Renly, etc. Almost every unique piece was cut, there's no reason to expect a kraken helmet.
Looks awesome in the M&B mod, though.
Leather bondage mask? That doesn't look like a cool steel helm like is have in my headKraken helm could look amazing if done right. This one is awesome
So. . .what the hell are D&D going to do with Balon and Yara?

Vic can be removed. Euron is already on the show.
All they have to do is show him sitting on the throne, stroking his golden titted knives while Dani walks up to him slowly in Mereen and saying "I have 93 ships at my command to take you back to my home, the Iron Isles..." and you just skipped a ton of story.
I would love it being true in the show and false in the books.I was legitimately on board with that theory for a while. I really wish it was true.
Y'all are crazy. I still plan to dramatically throw my copy of Winds out the window if at any point it reveals that Euron = Daario.

It's more likely than Euron. In the books at least. How anyone thought that a Stark could be Daario, is beyond me.

If Euron and Vic are cut, they'll leave Balon alive and have him go after Yara when she gets captured by Stannis.

Pfft, nobody remembers that anyway. How do they go this route without fucking up the point of the three leeches?
Pics of Howland Reed on set.
Also here are some kings landing scene breakdowns from someone that is friends with some of the extras, allegedly.
Here is the an interesting one:
The next scene, which took the rest of the day to shoot, was at the intersection in the city, where Littlefinger is walking with two bodyguards when he is confronted (ambushed) by the Faith Militant. Their leader is none other than Lancel Lannister, with his hair cut short. In the conversation they have, Littlefinger greets him as Lancel Lannister but he replies that its brother Lancel now; they abandon our surnames when we join the order. Brother Lancel than proceeds to tell Littlefinger how his father weighs the sins of others on a scale, but that his mother forgives those that repent. After a short conversation, he lets Littlefinger pass.
Bringing back a character without announcement gives hope to bringing in new characters without announcements? This has huge implications, if true. If Lancel is going to be in S4 without announcement, this means we might see Griff, Aegon, or a Greyjoy brother.
