I just beat Ar Nosurge a few weeks ago, it's pretty good. Easy plat too, if you care about that kind of thing.
Thanks Kresnik and autoduelist, I ended up picking up Lost Dimensions and Ar Nosurge from the PSN sale.
So the Vita has been sold out everywhere in the US for a while now but Amazon is restocking the slim on the 4th of December, new Vita color announcement at PSX?
So any good cyber Monday deals on Vita games around? Seems like deals are quickly becoming a product of the past for these games.
Shiren and Exist Archive are both going to be $30 again on Amazon, other than that I haven't seen anything. I guess Odin Sphere is $30 on Amazon as well, but it's been that way for about a week now. Really getting to the point where unless it's clear that a game bombed or it's months after release, sales have pretty much dried up.
Those EU exclusive Bamco games tend to drop pretty hard after a while. God Eater is 20 everywhere. Pirate Warriors 3 was 10 for a while. I can't see them doing these much longer.
Two very good picks, I loved Ar no Surge too. Let me know what you think of them both!

edit: Btw, where have you managed to check that?
edit 2: Nvm found it, initially the page was showing for me as them having them in stock but requiring 2 days to process.
To me it still only shows other sellers. Maybe because Amazon doesn't ship it internationally they don't show it?
DBZ: Battle of Z got a restock, along with a price drop, in Spain earlier this year. Not sure it's a reprint or just shifting more stock to retailers but the game is pretty much available at every place I regularly shop/visit at (except Amazon lol).Thing is, Bamco EU don't tend to reprint their games ever. It's pretty much impossible to find new copies of Tales of Hearts R or Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z for example.

Disgaea 3 (distributed by Bamco Spain), also got a restock at almost the same time as the DBZ one.
Brand new copies cost, depending on where you shop, 20-25 where I live. It can be easily found in Game and MediaMarkt (places I regularly shop at), and other online retailers also have it (not Amazon, interestingly enough).Really? Interesting. Used copies go for £40+ in UK.
ran across a new ps tv for $30. worth it to me
I think this will be the first year since the Vita was released that my GOTY won't be a Vita title.

Mine can be a vita title if Ouren finishes and releases the port of VA11 HALL-A in time.
How's the port going? Been a while since I heard of it.
What's your GOTY? I would had though trails of cold steel 2 would be a contender.
Fata Morgana judging by his posts in the VN Community thread. Interestingly, that game is getting a Vita port in Japan
As in 'The House in Fata Morgana'?
Only heard of this for the first time a day or two ago. Is it only available on PC? It looks interesting, but I don't know if I would play through a VN on PC.
Ayup. PC only in the West, I think there's a recently released 3DS port (lol no, 3DS' sound chip can't do this game justice) and an upcoming Vita port if you can read Japanese. As in 'The House in Fata Morgana'?

Yes, my GOTY is The House in Fata Morgana, available on Steam. Not only is it my GOTY 2016, but it's also one of the best stories I've seen on a game in my entire life. Everything from the soundtrack to the themes discussed in the game are stellar.
wishlisted!
It's on sale right now, I wouldn't miss the opportunity or wait for a deeper discount, since Mangagamer is not the kind of publisher to slash prices so deep before a long time after the release.

It's pretty cheap for what it's the best game released in 2016, IMO. I'd pay full price for it again if there was any chance the game got a western Vita release. Hell, I'm thinking of buying it for my Vita in japanese, even if I don't know the language, just because I want a physical copy of the game.
Holiday sale usually has the same discounts as the autumn sale and that's just a month away
Received Shovel Knight Vita today.
It came in a Limited Run Games style mailer, but with some actual cardboard protection around the game case.
Still waiting for mine... Bit worried that it might be stuck at customs since I already received VGP orders that were shipped later

True, but with more obscure titles like this, I would be more concerned.
Hey Shizuka, slightly (okay, a lot) OT, but what are some other good vns you'd recommend?
I've only done S;G and things like the Phoenix Wright and Zero Escape games (if you count those). I've tried Higurashi When They Cry on a few occasions, but it's soooo slow to get going, and I can't see where it's going to improve.
If they declared it as $25 then we won't have to pay anything. If they included shipping then it's just above the threshold, but you'd still have to be unlucky to get charged. I'm still hopeful that it'll just be in the mail in the next few days. If not, it's just 5
Have you tried Danganronpa? I'd go with that one next.
Yeah - sorry...for some reason, that slipped my mind. I was wondering about less mainstream stuff I might not have heard of. Along the lines of Fata Morgana.
Does anyone have a link to the list of PSP on vita compatible titles? Have a hankering to play ghostbusters and it is only linked on the PSN store as "PSP"
I'm giving MeiQ one more try before I give up.
On PC? I'd say "The House in Fata Morgana" is the biggest (and maybe only, so far) obscure one that's worth everybody's attention.
I thought it was thoroughly average. I liked the mecha stuff, but once you get a good setup the game is a cakewalk, and there wasn't really much else to set the game apart from better choices in the genre.
Thanks. Trying the demo. I've had a revelation...I don't normally play vns on PC, but it just occurred to me that I can stream it to my phone! The next best thing to a real mobile/Vita version.
