Zero is when they're going to walk over to the switch and flip it.

How long it takes for that change to propagate is debatable, and then there's decryption to deal with. Even if it pops the game open on 12:37 AM EST on the dot most people won't probably be playing until 1 AM.

This whole thing is pretty funny to be honest. Valve is by many considered the best game developer there is. They have such a dedicated fanbase, and they choose to repay their fans dedication by pissing all over them.

I do feel bad for the fans that dedicated an entire weekend or more, playing random indie games. Just because they so desperately want to play portal 2.
