On second look, I think that GMan letter is fake

If you check the Cogs page on the ARGwiki there will be youtube videos showing you how. Ignore the videos and look in the comments or description for numbers. Takes a bit but it's easy enough. Also, if you need to pause, hit the alt key. It freezes the game.
