I think this'll be my caving point.
I hope someone puts Mario Tennis down, I've got this strange urge to own that.

Oh, if you want Tenchu for Xbox, its $5 at TRU right now. A lot of older shit has dropped in price. Xenosaga is like $8.50.

wow, is that just a local thing or is there a list, Revenant? And you might not be alive when you price drops, cheapo.

any deals on Dual Shock 2's this week? I kinda destroyed one (again) yesterday.

I've had this Logitech PS2 controller sitting here since the GDC and decided to give it a try (since one of my Dual Shock 2's just got chewed up slightly by my sister's dog)... it's quite nice... you should look at getting one of those. REALLY comfortable feel and such.

Logitech Action Controller

Thanks, I'll check it out. I really just need one that won't shatter when I take it by the cord and whip it into the floor multiple times.

I also believe that the .88 is code for discontinue at Target. Meaning that you will not see the game again at Target unless it comes out with a new SKU or in a budget line.

Metal Gear 3 will be mine; Target sure has some great deals lately, at least as far as knocking off $10 on big name games of late. Beats the hell out of driving waaaay out to Fry's for their 3-day sales or however long they are.

I'm sorry, is that a threat I can't comprehend? :lol

I never got a list of things to mark down, but I check the older games every once in a while to see if they go down in price.
So far I got Tenchu for $5, Chaos Legion for $8 and saw Sphynx and Beyond Good and Evil for like $6.
And these should be nationwide prices.

Hrm...I've been looking for a cheap copy of Chaos Legion ever since I missed out on the 4 dollar one at Target.
Think I'll give that Logitech controller a try too. I don't usually use third party peripherals, but I bought a new official one for Fight Night 2004 and it was crap.

The Best Buy in Vernon Hills, IL had stacks of PStwo's last weekend. :lol They're probably sold out by now. One of the local EBgames is completely out of all hardware for the rest of 2004.

Wait, do you work at the TRU over by Wegman's?

Yessir. If you go into R-zone, there's a "great value" rack, and I organized it last night and fit some of those deals in there.

I don't live up there anymore, but I was visiting my friends about two weekends ago and we went to TRU. They were screwing around in the video game section until midnight betting on games of NCAA Football. If you saw a group of three idiots playing Mario Pinball and NCAA... that was us.

That's a shame. Rochester is, well, er. Yeah, you would know.
Can't say I remember though, but I reserve Friday and Saturday nights off for drinking, so I probably wasn't working.

It's $17.99 at Best Buy this week.

Yeah, just stumbled upon this when I went to pick one up. Wish it would've been $19.99, though. I had one final GGC ready.

If anyone is still trying to snag an Xbox online and doesn't feel like going EB's Bundle route, BestBuy.com has them back in stock.
