Finally got my platinum on P4G. First platinum ever. I don't normally go for it but man I love that game.

Oh? Top of the page.

Get Persona 4 Golden, Dokuro, Strangers Wrath, and Lumines!

seems like they are hyping something..

For those who have the P4G Platinum. How hard would you say it is? Is there anything annoying you need to keep an eye out for?

Well, I followed a guide the second time through to max out all the social links. Getting Hardcore Risette Fan could be difficult if you don't just scan and rescan every enemy a few times. I heard that had to be done in one playthrough as well but I got it on my first so I'm not sure.

I'd just keep on look out for every book (there are actually a few you can miss in special events, I believe) and follow a guide for max social links on the second time through and you should be golden. Most others you will get along the way or just have to put a little time into getting like skill cards or finishing the compendium.

Yeah I 100%'d the PS2 version, so the general gist of it I assume would be fine. Just wondering if they added anything I need to keep a constant eye on. A quick google of the Hardcore Risette Fan sounds like it would be an annoying though

I wonder if they'll have a PS+ discount? They had a similar sale on last year around the same time

Well, I asuume it'll be no problem besides Hardcore Risette Fan and possibly the trophy for reading all the books in one playthrough. Those are the only ones I really had to keep an eye on. Oh there is also
Visit Nanako at the hospital 3 times
, but you can reload after you do that and get the time back if you need to.

No mention on the post of a PS+ discount sadly, I will be getting my Final Fantasy page complete on my Vita though this week!

Did you do the books on your first or second playthrough?

Oh I was just curious about the PS+ issue. I already own FF1-9, Dissidia 012 and Tactics on PSN. Got them all during last year's sale that did have a PS+ discount

Second, I believe the guide I followed to max my social links also sent you on every event for a book that you could miss. Just make sure to get the missable ones from events and the Quests outside the bookstore.

Because Twin Peaks is a damn fine show.

lol.. it is.. I´m just a few episodes into the second season, watching it on Netflix. Showing the series to my Wife for the first time..she also loves it..!

a David Lynch inspired game on my Vita.. drooooooolllllllll....

So, uh, Final Fantasy VII/VIII or IX. Wich one should I go with? :P

Mapping the dpad to the analog stick (Vita) in PS1 games with no analog support is a great thing.

Haven't tried it myself yet but i can imagine! As much as I like the Vita's D-Pad for accuracy and quick presses, I think I'd prefer a Dualshock D-Pad if i had to hold it for ages

Well, that made it pretty obvious: I'm going to need to fill my PSN wallet, again. :P

IX will be easiest one to get into I think. After that VII if you want more and finally VIII. All RPG classics.

VII is the best one IMO but the blocky character models might be too much for new players without nostalgia glasses.

You mean Deadly Premonition Director's Cut Vita Edition?

Well I think you should play...

Yeah that.

And despite what some people may tell you, you should play them in order. That way you can appreciate the little minor improvements they make. Be it analog support and not needing to hold a button to run

I don´t know if everybody knows FFVII can be played with the left stick. You can map the d-pad to the stick and play with it. It improves playability x 1000.

Remember that the PS1 games in that sale are gimped PAL versions that run slowly. You're basically adding something like 10 hours to each playthrough. That's unacceptable to me at this point. Would buy at least one if they offered the NTSC versions.

i got a bad eeling about this

Also - good news everybody! (well for me :P)

I can finally pay off Technika Tune and Project Diva this month. Pretty sure my heart is skipping several beats in excitement. Actually to make this more relevant, does anyone have any experience with either? I don't want to buy both at the same time so I'm wondering which I should get first.

Isn't Lone Survivor coming to Vita soon?
