funny how memory works that after 30 years these guys were able to remember every scene, what they were thinking, what michael was saying, and how they were feeling every time they were molested. Even though they insist it wasnt traumatic so it doesnt even get to use traumatic memory components.
Jesus Christ, that may be the stupidest argument in this thread yet. Which is quite an accomplishment, given the large amount of half truths and absolute made-up bullshit you people are throwing in to prove your idiotic point with defending a serial rapist.
Do you have any ACTUAL memories on your own?
You speak as if you have no familiarity with how a brain works, if not by hearsay.
I can remember in detail a conversations I had at night with my brother when we were children talking about what our future would be growing up; I couldn't tell you in what year that exactly happened, let alone the month.
I can tell you of the first time "I did something dirty" with a girl when I was in kindergarten, while hiding from our teachers in a toy kitchen, and how I enjoyed it and at the same time felt guilty about it for months. And still today I couldn't tell you who she was exactly and what she looked like if my life depended on it. Nor who the teachers were, for all that matters.
I remember when the daughter of some family friends slept in our house when we were very little and how we secretly touched each other under the sheets when everyone else was sleeping. But I have no idea in what year that happened.
You seem to assume people tend to remember all things with the same amount of effort and that the amount of time passing is supposed to be the only discrimination, when that's not true at all.
Little details that are important to us stuck in our memories for the entire life and all the rest becomes a vague indistinct shape or get forgotten entirely barely weeks later, let alone years or decades.
People are also constantly confident about remembering things "right" and actually getting the details wrong all the goddamn times (i.e. A: "It was during my niece baptism!" B: "Nope, that happened at your sister's wedding"). Which doesn't mean the core of the episode they remember is entirely false.
It's borderline retarded some of the shit people are doing when they "debunk details" as being gifted "Thriller original jacket".
"He's a liar because the original is in a museum". Well, who gives a shit? He probably thought it was the one, as a kid?
Hell, maybe MJ himself straight up lied to him about it. It wouldn't really be surprising if as a serial pedo he tried very hard to gain credit with his victims even for things he didn't actually do for them.
