Overall a unique fusion of different sounds integrating with the underlying indigenous beat. It really makes the other sounds accentuate that beat and take on its qualities.

They Don't Live Long sounds like it took some inspiration from the melancholy theme to North of 60.

Reign of Terror has a late 60s/70s ost essence added in about half way through.

It's almost shocking to hear a soundtrack composed with this ingenuity after so many years of journeyman blandness. Looking forward to hearing the rest.

The vocalizations of the great Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan expressing a layer of meaning in communicating clear emotional signal over distracting intellectual noise is profound. That Pakistani Sufi sound is such a rare virtuously intended primal exhortation that integrates well with Western music strengthening both.

Gonna give credit to Natural Born Killers soundtrack and Peter Gabriel for formally introducing to me.
