Haha! The Rare games and Halo 2 most caught my eye. Man what I would do for another PD and BK.Kung Fu Chaos has no business being on that list.

Question they are both made by Remedy why are you skeptical of QB, but would buy a X1 instantly for Alan Wake 2 just curious
Show me something I didn't even realise I wanted. In other words, surprise me.
I said QB might make me buy a Xbone precisely because I really like Remedy and AW.
The whole live action TV stuff turned me off from QB and we have barely seen gameplay. I thought MS convinced then of going this route to justify their recent focus on TV content.
Fair. Even tho I think last part is kinda reaching.

I'm sort of answering the OP. For me, it's not specific games that make the Xbox One unattractive, but as a PS4 owner, the Xbox does nothing to justify the high cost of entry.
There are certainly things MS can do something about to improve the standing of the Xbox One. The hardware is fixed, so performance gulf between it and the PS4 will never change. But I really don't think that outside of the hardcore, it really matters. But cost does.
The Xbox One just doesn't offer a good value proposition. You have three cost factors, each one being objectively beaten by Sony, and combined, must be a major cause of the sale disadvantage. MS need to address these, and E3 is the time to make big changes.
The cost of the console is the obvious one. To be the weaker console, yet cost more, will hurt MS for as long as it holds true.
The cost of Live, and what you get for your money, is another. With the 360 and One, Live is pretty much mandatory if you want all the features of the console you've bought. Where as PS+ feels like a value add. Giving you lots of things for your money. Live needs to change to be competitive with PS+. Not just 'free' games, but the whole idea of app and features being behind a paywall. Sony have also been offering free games outside of PS+ with Cross Buy. PS4 owners can end up with a massive digital library without actually buying any games. The Xbox One has nothing at all like this.
The final one is that MS haven't embraced digital sales. Sony have been killing it in recent weeks and months, which some major sales rivalling Steam.
I love Halo, and will certainly eventually get an Xbox One in my life as a Halo player. But if at E3 2014 MS announced Halo 5 and Halo 2 Anniversary, I'd still hold off until the actual entire Xbox One cost was greatly reduced and that a Live subscription felt like it was offering me great benefits, not just unlocking basic features of the console.
$299
