you forgot metroid prime 1 and 2 from retro and paper mario from intelligent systems.

overall i prefer nintendo's first party games to sony and ms, although sony has gran turismo..., it's difficult, but i'm still going with nintendo.

For consistency, I'd say Microsoft have the best 1st/2nd party history, closely followed by Sony and then Nintendo, although I've been happy with the 1st party stuff from all of them

Your missing a few good nintendo games, like SSBM, Waverace, Pokemon colosseum and XD ( i havent played either, but ive heard they are pretty good ), Mario Kart DD, Eternal Darkness (im pretty sure SK used to be second party ) ...thats all i can think of

Hey idiot, Star Fox Assault is a 2nd party game. Made by an external developer (Namco), published by the console manufacturer (Nintendo). Same with GX, except made by AV, and ED, which was made by SK, and Star Fox Adventures, which was made by Rare.

Well PGR3, PDZ and Kameo are next gen now aren't they so that doesn't make sense does it?

I don't know about Naughty Dog, but Insomniac is a completely independent developer (though Sony does publish their games).

EDIT: I was curious so I looked up Naughty Dog. It turns out that as of late-2003, Naughty Dog became "a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Computer Entertainment."
