or something else? I want something where you can drive from the cockpit and the car doesn't handle like something out of NFS:U2.. I found a copy of McR04 for 7GBP and just might buy it..

RSC is more "arcady". Id say one of the McRea series.

Richard Burns has been said the most realistic rally game. And the realism makes it so hard you actually have to play the driving lessons to learn how to control the car.

Colin McRae series aren't even close to realism when compared to richard burns rally.

yeah, without a doubt richard burns rally. really terrific game, if you can get over the graphics and frame rate

Colin Mcrae never ever had a decent physics model in any of the games, just try driving around at about 15mph, the car seems to be floating.

As for arcade racers, it's RSC2 for me and I would have liked Richard Burns Rally, but I'm just not good enough
