Like, RT improvements are ok and all that but only
kevboard
is annoyed about SSR. But since UE 5 is not stuck here with us but we're stuck here with Unreal Engine (probably 6 by then), I say I'd like a geometry virtualization hardware accelerator. UE uses it, the Ubisoft engine uses it, and probably everyone in the future does as well. It's awesome and while part of it is pulling triangles like it's none of the GPU business the other part is calculating what triangles are worth or not. Using nanite plummet performance and id love something better thought than just brute force through it.
