What villain would you like to see in the Marvel-produced Spider-man movie?

Or maybe The Wall

My personal order would be:
1. Kraven the Hunter- (I really want Kraven's Last Hunt to be adapted to movie format, though it would be hard to do for a 15 year old Peter Parker)
2. Chameleon- (This can easily tie into Kraven given that they're related, plus, Chameleon is pretty cool.
3. Mysterio- I think he kind of explains himself.

That said, I wouldn't be against re-doing Venom or Sandman.

To this day I'm disappointed that this didn't result in Mephisto marrying Peter and MJ, leading to a wacky sitcom tie-in.
I'm down for that! A movie adaptation of One More Day is actually my second most wanted movie ever, and I REALLY hope Civil War paves the way for it. That's my number 1 hope for the movie, but my expectations are casually set.

The US Government gave the Venom symbiote to Flash Thompson (the bully from Spider-Man 1) to use for military operations.

I am serious.
I'm not caught up on ANAD GOTG, but Venom was an AWESOME member of them when he showed up in Bendis' AWESOME run. I should really catchup!

I don't see the appeal of Venom and Carnage.
I can't speak for Carnage, but the innate appeal of Venom to me is that the suit is so much cooler than boring old Spider-Man. It's in black and it's edgy and badass and A-MAZING

Madds Mikkelson as Kraven the Hunter.

I'd also like to see Electro (the real Electro)
Mysterio
Shocker
Rhino (again, the real Rhino)
Venom (done right)
The Vulture
Hydro Man
Kingpin (played by Vincent D'nofrio of course)

I'd also like to see Daredevil have a cameo in one of the movies. Not as a villain, obviously!

The Enforcers would be great for a teenage Spider-Man to take down in his first solo movie. Not so much as the main threat, but hired by Wilson Fisk, and then Montana becomes the Shocker (like in The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon).

I'd like to see Vincent D'Onofrio play the Kingpin and hire one the main baddies like Kraven or Mysterio or Vulture to take out Spidey because he's been doing damage to his criminal enterprises.

If we can keep continuity between shows/movies, that would make this amazing.

Gonna go with Norman Osborn in a non-robotic scaly Goblin suit with no pronounced seams or ab-plate to be found.

Whakinya say? I'm a purist

Mysterio..

Why?

So he can make the new Peter Parker hallucinate he was played by tobey mcguire and later andrew garfield so they could all be cannon in the spider verse.

fuck mephisto and that 'one more day' bullshit.
they could've have easily kept spiderman fresh for a 'newer generation' without retconning one of the most important relationships in spiderman comics ever.

joe quesada is still a fucking tool.

Honestly, whoever said Black Tarantula had a pretty good idea. Two guys, nearly identical power set, but one is good and one is bad.

Sounds like the formula to most of the mcu movies.

Just the first movies. Always seemed to be a result of MCU heroes being tech based heroes which is why it didn't happen with Thor.

I definitely agree with Kraven or Mysterio. Both work well for a first movie (stuff like Venom or the Goblins needs setup) and we haven't seen them before on the big screen. I'd love to see Vincent D'onofrio's Kingpin get in on things though, somehow we haven't seen that yet.

MEPHISTO

I want it to happen SOOOOOOO bad

I don't see Mephisto happening for a first movie, but I could totally see him being introduced in Dr Strange to set things up for a Spiderman sequel.

Venom/Carnage ... The only villains that aren't total pushovers.

Oh wait it's an origin story AGAIN? Yeeeeuch. I'll wait for the inevitable cable release.

It wouldn't work for the first trilogy but I would really like to see Morlun show up and go more into the spider totem stuff with enhanced powers.

One of the things I really liked about Amazing Spiderman 2 is that it started off with a typical day against a villain. It didn't need a huge backstory to the bad guy, just him doing bad things and Spidey comes in to save the day. I think that would be a good intro to Spiderman. Him, just battling maybe 1-3 villains showing a typical day for him. Maybe Rhino, Scorpion, and Morlun or something then with flashes on who the main big baddie would be (Mysterio hasn't been done, so i'd pick him. )

Mysterio would be cool. Mr. Negative would be great but he works better with an older Spidey. The Hobgoblin and the Green Goblin or Doc OC would be cool to see too.

Mysterio seems to be a villan that deserves a movie. Oh god, or Carnage!

If we get doc ock again at some point, i would love if it goes off the 'The Superior Spiderman' Arc.

I'd like to see Vincent D'Onofrio play the Kingpin and hire one the main baddies like Kraven or Mysterio or Vulture to take out Spidey because he's been doing damage to his criminal enterprises.

I like this suggestion a LOT. Would prefer if it was goon level villains like Shocker, the Enforcers, Sandman, Black Cat, Electro, etc. instead of actual main guys.

I feel like Mysterio, Scorpion, Kraven and Chameleon would be awesome, but work better in sequels. Kraven, as someone mentioned before, needs Spidey to be famous before he can work well. Similar case for Scorpion: The antagonistic relationship between JJJ and Spidey has to be well-established. I feel like Mysterio works best if we have an already established character we know decently well - with his mind-altering illusions and gasses he'd be perfect to twist a character we already have met and been able to identify with. And Chameleon would be perfect for some tie into the MCU; have him work for Hydra or AIM or something.

I also would like a revisit for the Lizard and Green Goblin, and both of them being properly good.

Shocker could also work, but we just had Electro in the last movie.

Shocker's powers aren't electricity-related.

I say we jump right the fuck in.

Sinister Six.

We don't need much back stories on them... and if we do... More Marvel movies for phase 4.
