Who else agrees that Rise of the Ronin was the most underrated AAA game this year?

From what I remember the game had bunch of technical issues.

Maybe PS5 Pro can power through the dynamic res and FPS drops, but I am going to wait until they fix technical issues on PS5 Casual or release it on PC.
