This one is wrong said:Nintendo has suggested that some kind of moderation will be in place to ensure offensive comments don't slip through the net. It has been suggested that comments could take as much as 30 minutes to reach their intended destination due to moderation, but it is currently unknown if this limitation will be relaxed when speaking to people who have already confirmed you as a friend.
This one is correct said:Nintendo has suggested that some kind of moderation will be in place to ensure offensive comments don't slip through the net. Messages will automatically pass through a "bad word"-type filter and appear instantly if cleared. Users can then flag those messages if they are still inappropriate which will then involve Nintendo with moderating the message which may take up to 30 minutes.

I don't get it. This is supposed to be a next-gen console but people are gushing over current gen multiplatform releases?
What the hell are you talking about? Please elaborate
Don't fall for trollbait! We need you here
I don't get it. This is supposed to be a next-gen console but people are gushing over current gen multiplatform releases? Is Nintendo getting a free pass because it's Nintendo, or because everyone already had such low expectations? I mean, it's launching at a next-gen price so... I don't know. I just don't get it.
I mean relative to most console launches, the games themselves are better, but of course that's going to happen when they launch with late current gen ports.
from Go Nintendo said:Nintendo hasn't officially said what Wii U games will be available day one. They're still only talking in terms of launch window. With that said, it looks like Nintendo.com might be offering up a bit more information.
The pages for Rayman Legends, Black Ops 2, Assassins Creed III, ZombiU, Mass Effect 3: Special Edition, Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Rabbids Land, Just Dance 4, Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, MADDEN NFL 13, NBA 2K13, TRANSFORMERS PRIME, Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013, Game Party Champions, and ESPN Sports Connection all list Nov. 18th as the release. All other game pages have TBD or Holiday. I don't know about you, but throw in NSMBU/Nintendo Land and this lineup looks really plausible to me!
I still think there will be some more announcements in the weeks ahead.
We never did hear about NFS Most Wanted did we? Wasn't that one pretty much confirmed from leaks similar to how many leaks Blops II had?
I'm guessing there is going to have to be some more DD only games announced as well. What is there now, like 3? Trine 2, Toki tori, little inferno, ???.
Yeah I half expected Most Wanted to show up. F1 Allstars has been heavily rumored/unofficially confirmed as well.
With Japan, TGS is next week and just looking at the announcements so far, only Tecmo Koei really announced new software yesterday (obviously outside of Capcom with Monster Hunter).
Does Nintendoland have online capabililities or is it only local-MP?

Does anyone plan on purchasing BLOPS2 for the WiiU who also owns a 360 or PS3? I would really like to know why you would. I'm not trying to ask in a condescending way. I just can't come up with a reason to deviate from the established communities. (On a side note: Either the presenter sucked at COD or it's difficult to control with the tablet controller)
Me. I have a 360. Don't give a shit about the community which mainly consists of racist 13 year olds.Does anyone plan on purchasing BLOPS2 for the WiiU who also owns a 360 or PS3? I am not into CoD, but pointer controls should make such games better automatically. (Unless its devs that didn't learn to properly implement them yet)
Is there any word on regionlocking?
Hasn't the CoD series been pretty good when it comes to pointer implementation?
FWIW, I've only played CoD 3 -- I didn't like the linear feel of it, so I didn't have the urge to jump in again -- but even at that early stage it only had a few control bugs (like infinite spin when you look up).
edit: I also played GoldenEye -- that was by the same team, yesno? -- and it felt pretty good, as well.
official screen protector!

I can never get those sons of bitches right. Got sent a pair for my 3DS when I got it back from repair. Couldn't slap them on without air-bubbles. Raged and screwed (them up) then threw them away.
From what I understand that is significantly different from a regular GPU and enables it to perform tasks a normal GPU can not.
Nibel: spotted a couple things missing from the basic set...the ac adapter for the gamepad.
Just make it say ac adapters for both. Also it comes with a Wii U sensor bar.
I confirmed that throught Nintendo's site.

So, I think I'm going to take the plunge with this even though I felt burned with the Wii (I actually bought two. One on launch, another about two years ago. I sold both shortly after purchase.) Maybe it's just that allure of something new.
I'm liking what I see from ZombiU regardless of its stupid name. I really hope it doesn't turn out the same way Red Steel did. I was so excited for that game (perhaps unjustifiably, though) and we all know how the first one turned out.

Appreciated!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here´s some AC3 screens nonetheless.

Bill is saying for optimal performance, the GP needs to be no more than 24 feet/8 meters away from the console.
Hmmm, might make it to my bedroom . Might even make it to the can, Although I'm guessing walls might interfere a bit. Impressive though!
