No, that is Cooking Mama: Cooking with international friends.Pureauthor said:The stuff with the frying pan? I thought it was from 'My First Wii' or 'Wii Party'.
Nexus Zero said:In the old days, white people would sometimes physically attack black people for being black. So I guess if it's just verbal abuse, it's hardly the end of the world.

Home of badly used metaphors!
Nexus Zero said:Oh, so you don't agree that just because something's less bad than something else, that it makes it good?
Konno: We have this game with a big wok that you use to cook Chinese food, and it's really interesting to have the meat and vegetables frying in there, and use the controller to flip the food around without it spilling out of the pan.
What in the shit? Miyamoto never said anything of the sort. I remember Nintendo saying how the Wii was an investment or something expensive. There was some confusion about what they said, some people thought expensive as in expensive to develop, or expensive to produce. Now we know the latter is the case. The Experiment said:I seem to recall Miyamoto proclaiming how cheap the Wii controller is.

But I this game was mentioned way before Cooking Mama was even announced for DS. Maybe Konno changed his mind after. But i don't think his group has announced any new Wii or DS projects for certainty yet.
It was never a game, only a tech demo

eurogamer said:Nintendo UK has confirmed the pricing for Wii points - the magical currency that will buy you Virtual Console games through Wii's shopping channel.
In Europe, it turns out, 2000 Wii points will cost you EUR 20 or GBP 14, and you can expect to be able to buy them on cards through retailers, and using your credit card online.
Games will cost the same amount of points worldwide - 500 points for NES games, 800 points for Super Nintendo games, and 1000 for Nintendo 64 - and apparently other titles (SEGA, TurboGrafx) will be decided soon.

However the cost of the cards will vary. In the US, 2000 Wii points will cost US$ 20.
