Last time I poked them on twitter their MD replied from his twitter saying they're frustrated but it's completely out of their hands :\ Wouldn't be so bad if they offered some kinda compensation but I doubt that since they could just say their deals are cheap enough
I'm paying 30/month for 18 months with 5 1/2 price (when I finally get it). I don't think anywhere else does a deal even close to that.
