Brushed aluminum? SD card slot? Niiiiiiceeee! I shall have a device this fall, but maybe Nokia can top this. Still, this is why Samsung outsells everybody, they know how to tick off those check boxes.
Also, not only do I like the fact that the windows button isn't capacitive, I wish the other two weren't capacitive either.
I still touch those capacitive buttons by mistake almost every day.

The only good thing about the Optimus 7. :/
I always smh at the people who want to turn the iPhone home button into a capacitive one. Also, not only do I like the fact that the windows button isn't capacitive, I wish the other two weren't capacitive either.

i'll be so pissed if nokia outs the Asha Pureview phone at Nokia world. remember, Nokia world isn't exclusive to WP8.
basically an S3 spec wise except for the S3 has 2gb of ram. I understand WP8 is more efficient but I hate giving bragging rights to android owners.
Samsung Ativ S looks amazing. Would buy.
Just you wait. They'll announce it, I'm sure.No podcast support, no audiobook support.

So, where is the Nokia World 2012 OT?

Alright guys, time to pack it up. People don't want Windows Phones.
Samsung showed their cards and I LOVE what I see. Now it's Nokia's turn next week please give me a screen that size.
If you want that screen size, the Ativ S is your phone. I'd rather have a Lumia 800 WP8 in terms of size.
Hot.More Samsung Ativ S pictures:
On the windows team blog site, they were asking about NFC, but Samsung confirmed that the ativ has NFC during their conference.
Isn't the Phi supposed to be 4.7". From the leaks it doesn't look to be as thin as the Ativ S though.
Edit: Also, is the Ativ S the first WP to have two different storage sizes?
Any hands on with the ativ/wp8?
We can't even get a real life picture with the phone turned on!!
The Windows blog post did talk about the weight and feel in the hand, but that's it.
Aye it's strange that we can never see WP8 in action, was hoping there'd be some hands on with the ATIV S.
Maybe Nokia have dibs on showing it first.
