In this case no. That premise is as cookie cutter as you can possibly get in anime.
If you zoom out far enough, you'll only find so many kinds of stories across all mediums. The devil's in the details.

Seriously though, tweetdeck is great because you can put similar things in their own columns. It makes it much easier to find tweets about specific things, especially if you follow lots of people.

I don't really care about anime charts, everything I've heard about the show makes it seem like not my cup of tea, plus I consider Hyouka to be one of the greatest anime shows ever, so there.

Holidays are over, but it's still the holidays for three weeks! Time to actually maybe watch some anime!

Oh this is nonsense, but enjoyably so nonetheless. I just let the gobbledegook wash over me and suspend my wish to know who or what anyone is (it will all be revealed, the eye catch told me so!) and just revelled in the beautiful production values of the whole thing. Looking forward to more to see if it ends up making any sense!

Why is Kounosuke Uda back doing kiddie TV shows again after Niji-iro Hotaru (even if i thought the film was mawkish sentimental claptrap that had no bearing on his directorial skills)? At least his involvement explains the surprisingly good direction and quasi-Hosodan flatshading etc. for a show that otherwise holds no interest for me. Worth watching once just for the pleasant visual surprise; I look forward to the potential MAD clips in future weeks.

The main reasons I'm watching this are for the yuri and for the sweet Maaya Uchida OP. No sign of Uchida herself in the show yet, but I have GochiUsa for that. I've seen this be called the yuri version of Danganronpa, just with more focus on the personal character interactions. I like Haru, and the rest of the classmates look quirky/deranged enough. I think it'll hold my interest, though I can't really get a feel for it until the first assassination game begins.

Damn i'd wtach the second ep to see the rules in place but i don't like those deisgn at all ...

I'm glad Palm recovered her mental state, god damn she was scary. I'm also glad she still seems to deeply care about Gon, even though she once again cares about her master. Their date during that one episode was very sweet

Well in my opinion, Clannad After Story IS the greatest anime ever. So there.
See, this is why I asked you to watch Madoka and TTGL. I love Clannad After Story and think it's legit amazing, but there are much better anime out there.
Hyouka doesn't try to invoke maximum emotion through magic and melodrama. You shouldn't expect it to trigger After Story-esque waterworks.
You're right. It's only try to invoke boredom.
I watched a lot of Slice of Live anime, but those mundane mysteries were really nothing for me.

The mysteries are there for the purposes of character development, not really as proper mysteries. Hyouka is all about the characters and their lives, and it has some downright fantastic dialogue.

He just hasn't watched other anime with equally touching moments.
He hasn't seen Code Geass or TTGL. He's also currently watching Madoka. I suspect his horizons will most definetly be broadened once he's completed all of those.
Speaking of this MAL thing, I should also check how long I've spent watching anime as well.
