Just bought a GTX 980 for this game(and Batman AK), even if i have a r9 290 already...can't wait for 19th
Wait, can you visit Vizima? That would be great, and will be more epic if has the same distribution and scale of the first game.
Yup, this is exactly what this thread was in dire need of.IDK guys, don't think this game could use a 2x2 gaussian filter over everything and some film grain?
Those NPCs would look extra real then.

Is the gameplay similar to Gothic?

Wait what? Vizima is in game? Really? Be still my beating heart! I can't wait to go there again after The Witcher 1.No it's not. Unless they changed it since played which I highly doubt. I was there talking to the devs while I played. You can actually swim to the skellige islands if u like. That is if you survive and which it will take u forever. Why would u think it's seperate? How can I be mistaken when I played the game vs you who has not? After the prologue, the whole map is open including vizma which you can ride from white orchad and ride to novigrad. Btw vizma is huge.. Maybe half of novigrad.

Yet another new video.
Jovem Nerd - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Vem, Monstro! | Nerdplayer 170; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfwDKprADQQ&hd=1
needs some letterboxing too.
Better?
Yet another video not in english. GOD DAMN IT
Add some letter boxing and desaturate a bit and we are golden. TW3 would look really visceral then. Almost like CGI!

Btw friend did you see them saying the game runs great with hairworks on at resolutions higher than 1080p. That sounds amazing if true.
Who said that? Keep getting conflicting reports about Hairworks.
English has germanic roots. Just listen carefully.Seriously WTF. I'd even take poorly spoken, broken English over no English at all![]()
If you can simulate a cool 23.97 FPS in a still capture, the more power to you. What about framerate? Do we want go full artistic vision here or are we ok with less?
I did read that.... and apparently on a 980 to boot. If true I am deifnitely looking to maximize my IQ as much as possible until it starts dropping below 60.Btw friend did you see them saying the game runs great with hairworks on at resolutions higher than 1080p. That sounds amazing if true.
nvm it was just about recording, not hairworks, I'm blind sorry

That kind of attention to detail is very important to me as a gamer.
You guys think we can turn on hairworks only for Geralt and disable it for monsters, etc...?
Saying that cause while the gryphon head, the horse and Geralt seemed to use it, when he examines the dog we can see it's definitely last gen hair lol.
Hairworks looks amazing but some of the minor npc don't have hairworks.![]()
Incredible how bad german Geralt sounds.
Man, can you just imagine entering some town or village with dozens, houndreds of NPCs there and all of them would use Hairworks - GTX 980 : 0 fpsI imagine that those Hairworks have maybe 10 important characters in the whole game - Geralt, Yen, Triss, Ciri, and some more.. but yeah, 95% of all characters are going to have normal hair
Seriously WTF. I'd even take poorly spoken, broken English over no English at all![]()
Am I the only one who isn't particularly impressed by hairworks? It just looks way too shiny, clean, and super sensitive to movement imo. I didn't like TressFX in Tomb RaiderE either...so maybe it's just me.
