In theory, yes. Whether or not they'll be ready for the actual launch of the expansion or will be patched in later is obviously up in the air.

1. Visit Lorewalker Cho at the Seat of Knowledge in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
2. Pick up the quest to do the "Blood in the Snow" scenario.
3. Do the "Blood in the Snow" scenario.
4. Turn in the quest.
5. Pick up the quest to do "The Dark Heart of Pandaria" scenario.
6. Do "The Dark Heart of Pandaria" scenario.
7. Turn in quest.
8. Pick up quest for "The Old Seer".
9. Take Flight Point and fly to Kota Basecamp.
10. Mount up and go to 45 48.
11. Talk to Seer Hao Pham Roo. Turn in quest, pick up next quest.
12. Take Seer to top of path.
13. Turn in quest, get boots.
Wow! I still can't kill Ahoo'ru. Unbelievable. 551 item lvl and I'm still hitting the enrage.
I just got him to like 80k before dying to enrage after like 45 minutes worth of attempts before that. Gonna wait for a few more pieces of gear before I even try him again, just too frustrating for me :lol

The key do doing ahooru quickly is to getting the 3 Guardians spawned ASAP, and killing them ASAP. You probably don't need to do more dps to him, you probably need to be more efficient getting through phase 1. Unless you just have a LOT to learn about your class, but that seems unlikely. Your ilevel is like 20-30 higher than it actually needs to be for most specs.
Hmm, that's probably a good idea. Usually I methodically spawn an angel, get it down to 50, let it charge boss, move to next angel, and so on and so forth.
Well, I see they changed up some stuff in LFR last night.
Had to laugh, since you can't grief Spoils anymore because you now have to have 4-5 people confirm the start of the encounter.
Managed to get get some more DPS pieces and got the Tank cooldown trinket. (Hooray set bonuses!)
Also, my Frost DK is doing some pretty good numbers on damage now.
That Cleaving trinket is godly on trash or anything with multiple adds.
Not sure, but I imagine it was like a 1H Sword or Axe for my Hunter.
God, gearing was so wonky in Vanilla.

It's not on Curse anymore because the addon solicits donations, which is frowned upon.

Tried looking for oQueue today. But it was not available on curse. Said it was under revision or something. Only glanced at the rest of Google results, but nothing else seemed to have anything to do with the add-on. Is it available anywhere else?
And what is Monkey Runs?

Monkey runs are when you farm only the trash on the way to the first boss of Stormstout Brewery over and over again, resetting each time you spawn the boss. Supposed to be very fast exp. I've never done it, I don't mind the questing grind.

I honestly had better luck doing that over spawning multiple angels. I can't AoE well, though, so if you can that might be the better option. I'm best at single target burst so I typically would be burning one down and quickly follow where the next spark was and would move towards it while fighting or simply be on the ready to pick it up as fast as possible.
I did it as a 518 enhance shaman. I definitely wasn't higher than that but I could have been a couple ilvl lower.
Seriously? I don't get why I'm struggling so much at 551 item lvl then. I can get my DPS above 400K when I pop everything and my trinkets proc in phase 2, yet I still keep hitting enrage.
Killed Ahoo'ru, "Durger wins!", then die to the fireball enrage stuff. No credit....
Fuck this game and this shitty fight.
edit: great phase one going and then an angel literally falls through the side of the arena and I waste like 10 seconds trying to find a different one. What a piece of shit this entire fight is.

We got up to Juggernaut tonight with no real issues besides some DC mistakes on Galakras, but oh well. I managed to win the staff from Sha of Pride, bringing me up to 554ilvl! I'm hoping we can start extending our raid locks soon, cause the first set is just easy and I don't think many people need gear from them still.

Do you have an idea how much time is remaining once you get to phase two? From what I can recall I was regularly having right around a minute left. Either your DPS falls hard after spiking or something because you should only need to do around 150k dps for 60 seconds to kill before enrage and you said you can get to 400k when popping everything.
Definitely less than a minute because I have DBM and it tells me when I have a minute to enrage. Probably like 40 seconds.
Guess I'm just being too slow on phase 1. Fuck this fight man. I don't know why I'm having such a hard time.
I'm gonna submit a ticket just to see what Blizz says, since I definitely killed him and was jumping around for 2-3 seconds before dying to the fireball bullshit. Doubt they'll be able to do anything about it but oh well.

Yeah, phase one is definitely what's doing you in. Considering your DPS should be considerably higher than mine was. Maybe try the suggested tactic mentioned earlier of focusing just on getting three angels up and then working on them? Or try with two at once and then only have one more to go? If not a minute I had close to 50-55 seconds on most my attempts so if you only have 40 you should only need to worry about speeding up that first phase and then you'll have no problem at all.

Eh...I could believe some of that, especially since Metzen said years ago that he'd love to base an entire expansion around the Caverns of Time, but random forum posts are never really a great source for these sorts of things.
Certainly there's a reasonably possibility for things like the "don't need to keep an item to retain its look for transmog purposes".
But. Grom Hellscream being the final boss, renamed to Grommash for legal reasons? That's such a wildly bizarre claim. Are they worried that Grom's estate will sue for misrepresentation of character? Garrosh to regain Orgrimmar through an economic takeover confirmed.
The problem with such an expansion is that all zones would be disconnected, much like Cataclysm, and that was one of the things people didn't like about the expansion. A new continent is much better than this.
The other problem of course is that Blizzard can't keep adding new continents in Azeroth indefinitely... at one point, it will feel like "Where the fuck was that continent before in the Warcraft lore??"
Sure, for expansions they still have the Burning Legion's homeland, the Naga's one too, but after that... what's left? I'm not a huge WoW lore nerd, so i might be missing something.
I'd like to see them do something with Arakkoa or the Ethereals, honestly. I always found them to be far more fascinating Burning Crusade races as opposed to the Blood Elves or Draenei.
Ethereals in particular. They've been around since TBC, but have they had any storyline representation since TBC? They just seem to be around to act as 'hosts' for some of the mechanisms that have come in lately (Upgrades, transmog, reforging)
Given they're supposed to be - IIRC - a cross-planar race and are still *appearing* even if only in those background situations, it'd be nice to revisit their story.

Depends what you want out of them. Good utility all around. Have quite the skill gap when it comes to playing them. Dual wield frost is currently king.
They can solo stuff with ease these days.
Legal Issues around Grom? What? That's the most fascinating part of that whole blurb.
Although his card in Hearthstone is Grommash Hellscream....
The part that feels like BS to me is that once again the end guy would be an Orc Warchief. Too repetitive. If he's the first raid's end boss, then it's two Orcs back to back. If he's the last raid's, then it's repetitive in a different way.

The part that smells like BS to me is 99% of that post. Also the fact that he can't figure out the difference between reforging and transmogrification, and a titan name registration 6 months after it's been reset is a bit shaky as well.

Ah, that's too bad about the dual wielding. Never liked how platewearers looked with two swords. and I always liked the aesthetic of the DKs with the big ass axes.
Blood DKs are practically faceroll characters until the very top end.

If the blizzcon xpac announcement has new burning legion content, new models, and a new class, I'll definitely poop a little.
A new race seems pretty much out of the question for the next xpac, as they are overhauling all the old races, but it would be really cool to see them deliver on the sub-race stuff like playable mag'har, frost dwarves, Taunka, and even Forest trolls (Revantusk yo!)
The two big issues I see with this (besides the aforementioned ones) I really doubt the next expansion will have such a heavy focus on the horde after cataclysm and mists. I'm not sure Blizzard should even try given how much it could alienate alliance players. That and how the hell would this even work lore wise? The Caverns of Time and the Bronze dragonflight are tied to *Azeroth*. Draenor is an entirely different world. Not sure how they could try and spin that one.
That and the game has hit us over the head consistently with the fact that the burning legion is coming soon. Which I am *really* hoping is the focus of the next expansion. Lovecraftian shit is cool and all, but we've had 3 expansions in a row with moderate to large amounts of old-god focus. Give me some demons again please.
Edit: Hell, if blizzard still want's old god stuff in a burning legion expansion they could expand on this, especially since they (recently?) confirmed that it was not one of the Azeroth ones - http://wowpedia.org/Summoned_Old_God

The story needs to move forward...a COT based expansion would not achieve that.

I will laugh if the new class is Crusader. I hope its another hero class, those were fun. Though I really don't want to level up through all that same content over again.
I doubt we'll be getting a new class, and if we do, it should really be ranged/a caster. DKs and Monks are both Melee, time to switch it up.
And haven't they more or less admitted that was a mistake? Hence why they did stuff like Enlightenment with Monks instead of the whole "Start at a higher level" like DKs?
Blizzard has been bleeding subs for awhile now. What's the one class from Warcraft 3 that will make people go nuts like DKs did in wrath? Demon Hunter. $$$$$$$$. One caster, one melee, one ranged spec, ez.
Not to mention Illidan confirmed to return in the future and people begging for this class since Vanilla. Lines up with the burning legion themed rumor as well.

I don't think anything huge will be revealed, but in the past the ATVI conference calls just before BlizzCon have provided some interesting tidbits. The next one is Wednesday the coming week.

Your posts honestly helped me out big time, since I finally realized phase one was my problem. I stopped trying to be cute with the angels, waiting for a perfect path to Ahoo'ru and whatnot. I just blew the Angels up ASAP as I spawned each one and got to phase 2 with about 68 seconds left. I had gotten hit by three of the floating orbs, but my pet tanks him in phase 2 so it wasn't that much of a problem. Beat the timer with like 10 seconds left.
I also got a bit lucky with procs. Two legendary cloak procs and my Haromm's Talisman all went off in the last 30 seconds so I was hitting him pretty hard.

If we aren't getting new races, a new class is almost assured. Those are the big selling points of a new expansion.
