Edit: It appears the CMAA has been temporarily disabled. It was there yesterday or the day before If I remember correctly. It was then under Anti-Aliasing.
Potentially, you could enable it via the console slash command /console ffxAntiAliasingMode 3. It tells me that CMAA isn't available, but I think this is due to my graphics card. Perhaps you have better luck.
Bet you a million dollars its just going to be FXAA at the end of the day just like DIablo III, and StarCraft 2. Thankfully I can force better through the video card drivers.

From top to bottom: no AA, FXAA low, FXAA high, CMAA
I'm assuming CMAA is the best looking? Is there a big performance hit for you?
