World of Warcraft |OT6| This wolf still has teeth

You'll keep (for the purposes of the achievement) the fact you're exalted, but you'll lose rep.

You know it's always been like that right? You get Bloodsail Admiral and then do Steamwheedle, it was just a little buggy and janky for some reason at one point. You never have (or could, afaik) been exalted and honored with Steamwheedle and Bloodsail at the same time.

You actually can, but it's a super PITA since you can only kill a few specific mobs. For the Super Insane.

What are some easy raids I can solo as a prot warrior for nice looking transmogs? BC I think has nice swords

You could solo up to Cata without any issues. Most of my alts are at ~ilvl 500 and are soloing Alystrazor in Firelands for the mount rather easily. I can't say if the other bosses would be the same, but still... The first raid tier of Cata(BWD and BoT) should be pretty easy.

Pre-ordered the physical collector's edition yesterday. I was expecting to be out of luck for trying with barely a week away. The hype is real. Can't wait.

You've missed what I said. You now no longer have to be both exalted with Steamwheedle and Honoured with Bloodsail at the same time. Before you had to do Bloodsail first as you'd lose your Steamwheedle rep trying to do it, where as now as long as you were exalted at some point, it counts towards the insane. So when you do Bloodsail second and lose your Steamwheedle rep it doesn't matter.

That's how it always has been.

Technically there was a bug that would remove credit for a reputation if you lost standing with them, but it's since been hotfixed.

Farming rep with Steamwheedle without losing Bloodsail rep isn't that hard, it's just mega-boring. There's a boat in Grizzly Hills that's filled with mobs who respawn quickly and grant rep. You're just there for a very long time.

Does anyone play on Uther (Horde)? Just reactivated my account and haven't played since before Pandaria came out and could use a guild to join.

You can still get Mists Collector's Ed at less than MSRP lol.

My experience with any blizzard CE is if you don't pre-order a decent time ahead its quite hard to find in retail stores (gamestop, etc) They eventually get them back in stock yes, but that's not my point.

Is there any way to farm Bloodsail rep without losing losing Steamwheedle rep?

If Dwarves defected to Horde I don't think I'd ever be Alliance again

The only Horde addition I want at this point is Ogres. The only real race addition in the game that I still feel is missing, really. Nothing else makes a strong enough case for me personally. Other than more variety like the upright orcs/dwarf clans/orc clans they talked about in the past.

Result! I'll drop mining on him and make my druid mining/herbing and that'll save me a boatload of time (and gold) getting other professions up.

Speaking of Professions, the combat bonuses are all gone now so there's not downside to keeping a Gathering profession on my main, right?

I remember in BC when everyone on my server was convinced Arrakoa were gonna be the next Alliance race.

Arrakoa and Naga are 'weird' races to be playable, but it's not out of the question. They'd need to be modified to fit gear obviously

Would certainly be some variety

saw this on MMOChampion

I would absolutely love it if Naga were added. I think they could do it (though I feel like people have been saying that since BC).

Here's another one of those obscure, hard to get relics from vanilla: Chainlink Towel. It is the only one left of its kind. Back in vanilla and TBC there were plenty of cloaks in the game that had a very short length like that one. But some time during WotLK or maybe the Cata pre-patch most of them were retroactively altered to have the generic long length. Except for this one, which comes from an escort quest in Feralas (accessible by both factions). Just another of those weird cases where Blizzard chooses to gimp our character customization options.

I just got it on my new warrior. Can't have it on my shaman though, as I already did the quest way back and vendored the item long before we ever knew there was going to be transmogrification (also vendored the scourge invasion gear :-/), and this quest wasn't reset with Cataclysm.

Naga for Horde, Ogres for Alliance.

MAKE IT SO!

Lol, if these races are ever added, it will be the complete opposite. You already see Ogres in a couple of Horde cities and Naga were once Night Elves... whose to say some of them might not rebel and go back to the night elves?(i know lolore)

Bought a 6-month sub to Stormspire.net forums.

Apparently there was a 1-month option somewhere but I didn't see it. Hopefully the info in the private section is worth it. Probably gonna be some good stuff in the first few months of WoD, so having it through then should be enough. Doubt I'll renew though unless I really like what I see.

It would be really hard to add Naga since they'd need to be humanoid and bipedal. They'd be more like uncorrupted Highborne or something

I still don't understand why 10 years later physical copies of expansions are released @ midnight or day of for an MMO. It's an MMO expansion for god's sake, all of the people across the board have the internet and will know that the game goes live at what particular hour. Release the physical copies a day early.

especially since you can't login anyway, but then the problem is people will say "well the games in stores why can't I play it now?"

I've now done about 30 runs of Scarlet Halls for this stupid tabard. Nothing so far ;_;

I just think about my warlock being a red ogre with two heads and two sets of Illidan horns.

And that's what I want.

Not that the wait hasn't been long for the expansion but I would not give ZG/ZA/Ruby Sanctum their own pieces on those pie charts.

This is also the only cloak that looks good on female draenei.

I got the quest item for that recently again, but the quest doesn't work since I did it ages ago :(

So I was going to faction change my Draenei shaman over to Goblin soonish but I was curious...what happens to my Tabard of the Hand? Does it just go away?
