Because, if Edge had won(which was was the popular belief) and went on to feud with Cena, the only storylines linking the two brands would be done with it. My only gripe is that ECW is only an hour show, having WWE superstars waste 10-20 minutes is a huge blow to it IMO.

If in a wrestling capacity only, and its guys that can work(like last week) i'm cool with it, but we're in for 2 months of Cena Run ins and he squashing guys like Justin Credible and Guido.

Internally, many WWE officials are very excited about the buzz and fan reaction the 'new' DX has generated.

Initially the plans were to have the duo of HBK and HHH a short-term deal. However, conflicting reports are now saying that the WWE will push the storylines further as possible.

In what could be possibly a major development and shake-up on WWE television, the WWE is now pitching an idea to revive the NWO which would be lead by Hulk Hogan. In addition, there are talks of possibly bringing back Scott Hall in a non-wrestling role. The early plan would be to have the NWO return around Survivor Series.

However, for the time being the WWE will take a "wait and see" approach until making further storyline advancements.

Cena vs. RVD for the WWE Championship tomorrow night at RAW, eh? Looks like it's nearly time to say goodbye to RVD as WWE champ...

It's a shame... if I were forced to pick between either Edge or John Cena as becoming the next WWE champion, I'd obviously pick Edge as he's actually entertaining in the ring, as well as on the mic.

It's just sad because now they will go with Edge/Cena as the title program even after he just lost to RVD. Besides Cena and Hunter they have no idea how to protect people.
 
Well, atleast we know why plans were changed and RVD won tonight...Expect Cena to keep the the title for another 6 months until he loses it to Orton and then gets it back 3 weeks later..

and ****..They already did Edge vs Cena to death, do we really have to watch Edge carry Cena in sub-par matches onlyh to get destroyed by the 5 moves of doom again?

Well, I could watch RAW tomorrow night, but I'd rather not see the same old shit.

Eh, the commentary's worth it though.

NWO was ok for making Hogan look good in WWE.

That and the Rock Vs. NWO thing leading to the wrestlemania match. The coolness ended after that

Wait wait, What is this talk about NWO coming back. Did something hint at that from the PPV?

Bad things always happen on WWE that we don't want to see. For example: Cena rewinning the title one night removed from a PPV on RAW. WE DON'T ****ING WANT TO SEE THAT HELL ****ING NO.

Which is why it will happen.
