I was in Costco recently and as ypu walked in I seen dozens of PS5 place holder cards. I didn't see the Xbox place holder cards. Does it mean anything? No, but if you want a PS5, Costco has loads of them

They are switching out the models (the disk version will be 2TB, the 1TB XSX will be discless, and the 1TB XSS will be white). It wouldn't be surprising to see things dry up a bit before the new ones come in, I forget the exact launch date on those if it was ever stated.

PS5 and Series X/S have squared off for years now, it's the same generation that went through covid, and microsoft is chasing SONY now it's a matter of SONY stay winning, get big and strong AAA exclusives out there and make PS5 the complete console, because it started off good.

On my local store the xbox games shelf has been getting smaller and smaller over the years to the point it's practically not there these days. Imagine the amount of sales required to clear out the entire store of xbox games. Meanwhile that PS shelf has been getting bigger and bigger and it now covers over half the store by itself. I imagine nobody buys those games and they pile up.
