Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Thread: Everyone wants it, no one uses it

Dunno if posted yet, but Black Ops seems to be close:

Does Witcher 2 work for the disc version too? Or should I just download the free digital one?
Usually when you play a backwards compatible game, you are playing the digital version anyway. The disc is just there to validate that you can play. Just download the digital version.

Plus there really is no harm in adding the digital version to your library, in case you ever want to get rid of your physical collection of games or something you can at least know you can play The Witcher 2 (at least for as long as the servers are available for you to download it)

Which backwards compatible games are 60fps? Maybe they'd give us a clue for how Call of Duty will run. Although I imagine most 60fps titles are XBLA games.

Probably close to half of them and, yes, most 60fps titles released last gen were digital-only games, like those generally featured on XBLA. Recently, TTT2, based on the non-release version and not currently officially available, runs extremely well at 60fps with what seems to be uncommon and very brief bouts of slowdown not present when running on the X360. Soul Calibur, Aegis Wing, and Age of Booty were also part of the last batch and all seem to run just as flawlessly as past 60fps BC games released so far. I'm confident in them turning out a good working 60fps FPS.

embarrassed to say i never completed a black ops game, i was burned out of COD after MW2. but from that ive seen, it looks damn good. People say its the best in the series and i really enjoyed MW1 so....

BO campaign was decent but made very little sense (even for a COD game).
BO2 campaign is really good.
BO3? Was close to finishing the first mission on realistic when a patch hit and deleted my save, so I decided to stop playing it even if I didn't lose much.

haven't heard anything yet. But I sure the hell hope Bioshock Infinite gets backwards compatible soon. Miss playing that game a bit.

Have been really excited to play them again since they went on sale and the wait is killing me lol. Even though I already finished infinite 4 times and got a platinum. I have them all on pc but my gaming pc died and I haven't been able to afford to replace it.

Playing through ACII for the first time ever thanks to back compat

Going to give Deus Ex a spin when I'm finished. What an awesome feature

I hope they make mark of the ninja backwards compatible soon, the only arcade title I really wanted to play that came out after my 360 bricked.

I've been trying to download the 360 version of The Witcher 2 from xbox.com but I couldn't because for some reason my website settings were set to AU instead of US. Spent a 30 min with Help to figure it out.

Scrolling all the way to the bottom and clicking on the globe in the lower left corner then clicking United States didn't work?

I hope they sort out input delay for black ops, 60fps will help it but you will still have a good 2-3 frames of delay and very sensitive aiming.

Anyone playing Counter Strike: Go? Always wanted to try the game and was curious as to --

A) How was the game was when it released on Xbox 360 years ago. Frame rate, community, etc.

B) Is it a hacked mess right now?

C) How's the X1 back-compatibility. Does it run well?

I can't remember how it ran on the 360, but there felt like there was some weird input delay when I played it on the XB1. Not fun, but I remembered loving it on the 360 despite the fact that it was left to die.

Okay, cool, thanks.

Looks like I'll skip it then. Shame really. I've been wanting to play a Valve game lately
