BC team is on a roll! At this rate, we might get close to 300 titles in the first year.
Can I ask a question that's probably really annoying by this point?
Does Halo Wars hold up?
I'm itching for an RTS and I've never tried HW. I would just jump into it blindly but I've played some 360 games lately that are just terrible to play and look at it.
When I bought Gears Ultimate Edition last year I was sent codes with Gears 1-3 Plus Judgment which the Gears 3 code did not work. Just message Microsoft/Xbox explaining the issue and they will re-send you new codes.I'm confused. I thought the Gears games would be added to our account without sending out codes.
I got a message for Gears 1 and 3 but both codes don't work.
Thank you kindly
I really wanted the first sonic racing... transformed is ass![]()
I'm having some crash issues with BGeE HD, where can I report?
Are you in the preview program?
I really want Daytona USA as BC. It's like the definitive version.

one is on sale and one isn't
Wait for it to be on sale again
Yes, is it a known issue?

This may well have been covered before if it's a known "thing", I apologise if I've missed it.
I've just noticed that I have a second copy of The Witcher 2 downloading. The installed version is called The Witcher 2 and the version in my queue is called The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and they sit next to each other in my game library as two separate games.
They're both exactly the same size too.
Anybody know what's going on and if it matters which I remove? Thanks.
Ah, that could be it.Have you been changing your Xbox's region and downloading games from another region's store? Regionally different editions can co-exist side by side. And if you own a game in one region, you'll own it in another region, if it exists. At least with Japanese and US games.
Only thing I can think of.
Man the BC program was such a brilliant move if you ask me. I have been tempted to pick up some games due to being BC suddenly. I may have to pick up one or both of the PQ games now.
Yeah, I've been playing the Steam version and going back to the 360 version is kinda hard nowLove the game, but 30fps is bad. Got it for steam regardless and it's an easy game to run.
For me its what got me to buy a Xbox One a year ago.

FYI, Halo Wars is getting a native XB1 remaster early next year.
It looks pretty much the same as the Xbox 360 version, trust me, it's more of an easy port than a full on remastering.
I wonder how Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed will run on the XBOX ONE. The framerate issues and input lag really hurt the PS3 version.
Please do, always regretted getting the PS3 version since the 360 version is supposed to perform a better. The game felt too on rails for me and at the same time way too punishing which was made worse by the input lag.Ive played the PS3 and Wii U version pretty damn extensively over the years, so I'll be sure to report back how XB1 performance is![]()

hope this month gets Costume Quest 1 for BC. It deserves it, and it's Halloween soon![]()
Okay, after having played pretty much the most taxing tracks in the game which killed the Wii U's framerate (Sky Pirates track and all the ones with water like Panzer Dragoon), I can legit say I'm pretty impressed with the emulation!
Felt like a solid 30fps throughout and if there were drops, I didn't spot them at all.
At this point, I'd say XB1 is the definite version behind the PC
But to summarize all the versions:
1. PC - 60fps/high-resolution + added exclusive PC characters like Ryo
2. XB1 - Sub HD, most stable framerate with added Vsync
3. Xbox 360 - Sub HD, most sable framerate last gen on console but w/ tearing
4. Wii U - Lowest resolution of the bunch (game looks bad on a big screen TV), fairly stable framerate except with certain, CPU intensive tracks. Off-Screen play and ability to play on different screens
5. PS3 - Actually 720p but with lowest average framerate and a fair amount of screen tearing
I did get a kick out the fact that the Wii U version I own DOES load faster than the XB1 version due to running of a 128gb flash stick.
Yep, just spent an hour or so with the Xbox One running the 360 version and it seemed perfect. I thought I'd been spoiled by the PC version but I had a lot of fun just now. I finished the career mode previously but didn't do the grand prix mode so I'll probably do them and see which achievements I can mop up.
Load times were pretty fast, how can you get the Wii U version loading fast? The Wii U is slow at loading almost all games.
Haha! Yeah, they'll never release them as BC!You know what games I don't want to be the next ones made backwards compatible? Mass Effect 2 & 3.
Trying the reverse psychology approach.

Sad thing is they'd be disc only, I'd have to go buy them on disc again
I wish MS would find a way to sell multi-disc games digitally... that way they can be part of EA Access.
That's up to the publishers/developers though. Some of them bothered to release games as multiple parts (like Rockstar did with GTA5, LA Noire, Max Payne 3), some didn't (like EA with Dead Space 2-3, Mass Effect 2-3, Battlefield 3-4).
