IIRC Case Zero was an additional, third GWG. Not packed in with DR2. You had to grab that one separately.
Mine says already purchased, too. The only way I would have ever gotten it was from GWG, since I don't like DR games. So my purchase was definitely from GWG.
Because it's out of print and it probably had a small run to begin with.

Case Zero isn't showing up in my ready to install either, but it does say on xbox.com that I've purchased it... gonna see if I can somehow browse to it through the console store or something?

I bought the physical HD copies of 1&2 so the only one i'll be missing is Off the Record so that's pretty awesome to have all on Xbone eventually!

Seems the bundle on GwG was with the DLC, not the Case Zero standalone, so I won't be playing it...
Ended up getting Inside on the deals with gold instead

I am so glad that AC Rogue finally got added. I'm having a blast with it. I'm only at 7% completion and haven't even gotten past the first scenerio yet but I've spent hours sailing around, whaling and attacking ships. The ability to cue up a shanty or skip to the next shanty while sailing was a brilliant addition and makes me wish it had been in Black Flag. We better get more pirate games out of Ubisoft.
EDIT: Ha! Just looked and I am 6 hours into the game and have only completed 70% of Sequence 01.

At this point, I assume any big MS-published game that hasn't been released as BC yet is being held back so they can release it as a hype-builder for the next game in the series. So look for a PGR5 announcement at E3.

That, or car games have complicated licenses that prevents them from re-releasing them on a different platform.
I think the music would be a bigger issue. The PGR games have a ton of licensed music (PGR4's main theme is a track from The Prodigy).

Man I wish you could still get the DLC for FH. I didn't get play it until that stuff was already delisted. Had I known beforehand how much I would enjoy this game, I would have bought them all without thinking. Lol.

If you downloaded it before, for example as GwG, you can still download it whenever you want. It is not purchasable anymore, though downloadable.

lol, I've done that before. Wish I bought it when I had the chance. I will every once in a blue moon play the Too Human demo again (and always hate it).
It did, but you can still buy codes for the game in some places.

Would have been nice if they told us the game was bring delisted when they had the big sale. I only missed the rally expansion and a couple of car packs when the game was originally out. The 1000 club was a fun addition too.
I've been playing horizon 1 lately and it still looks great. Has real AI instead of drivatars trash. The campaign and music are still the best of the series.
I'm almost certain we did get a warning. Maybe it was just a warning from GAF though, I'm not sure. I just know that I knew when it was getting delisted so I made sure to download everything, and it was a tedious experience to get them playable on the Xbox One (I had to "rebuy" them in-game to confirm that I actually had them, which took forever for each "thing," and then they'd show up in my Ready to Install list).

I'm fairly sure that you can skip the shanties in Black Flag and go to the next one while sailing. I did that a lot but I can't remember the controls.

Recently got an Xbox One, redeemed the 14 day trial for Gold. Then went to my 360 to backup saves to cloud so I could bring them over, but when I try it says "need gold". Is this a limitation of the trial? And is there a workaround or do I just nees to wait for the trial to end and get a normal subscription?

Yeah, trails don't support the cloud sadly on 360. They really should make it so or even make the cloud saves work regardless on the 360, just to get people over to the One.
Unsure if the cloud will work with your trail being followed by "proper" gold, I would think so.
I tried to do the same on GTA IV with no luck. Also, I noticed that with trials you can't download X360 Games with Gold BUT you can Xbox One GwG games, even on 48h.
So seems like trials give you full Gold entitlements on X1, but on X360 you can only play multiplayer for free.

That is because the 360 games given on GwG are yours to keep. The One games you keep only as long as you are subscribed.

Has any reason been given for why most the Halo games (Anniversary, 3, ODST, and 4) haven't been brought over yet? I know they're available via MCC, but it'd be nice to be able to finish off the achievements for the 360 versions. Plus, current gen versions of games being available hasn't stopped BC in other cases.
Seems to be some glaring omissions from MS published games. Forza (2-4, Horizon 2), Crackdown, Fable Anniversary, Minecraft, etc.
The BC program has been great so far, so not trying to be nit picky, just seems kinda weird, especially considering things seem to be slowing down a bit in terms of "big" announcements.

In Rogue, Right on the D-Pad starts a shanty or skips to the next one, and Down terminates the current one. I only stumbled across those when going to press Up to use the spyglass and accidentally hitting Right.
I think they will come eventually. GoW1 is BC despite GoW1 DE being a thing so there's hope.

All of them have been teased previously (except for Halo 4, or at least I haven't seen anything for it), so I'm sure they're coming. I wouldn't be surprised if they're just a lower priority item right now. Although, I'd surely hope ODST would come soon since Firefight isn't included in MCC.

Black Ops 2 may be today - it's on sale and the last sales were both on holidays. At least, I hope it's coming today.
To be fair, it had been $20 on non holidays before but not since 10/16. So not too long I guess.

It would be nice. Probably wouldn't quiet too many of the "Waaaahhhh, BC is dead!" types though but at least the "BlOps 2 when?" crowd who post on every BC announcement on the console feed or anywhere else could move onto a different game to plead for (like Fable Anniversary?). I need BlOps 2 to hurry up and happen so I can finish the story and then move onto my copy of BlOps 3.

Perhaps if it doesn't happen this week, or this month, I honestly think they're saving it either for an "anniversary" announcement for mid-May, just like BO1, which is perfect because it's right after finals and right as summer begins, OR for an E3 announcement.
But then again, wasn't it GTA IV or RDR that went on sale and then went BC a week or two later?

I'm pretty sure Phil Spencer did an interview recently and said he would love BO2 to be BC, but it's not happening any time soon. That sounds like Activision is the one holding it up. BO2 was more popular than BO1. I can see them pulling the same thing they did with COD: IW and do a BO2 remaster and hide it behind the new Sledgehammer COD that is coming out later this year.

I never owned a 360, so I don't know. How do OG xbox games run on 360? Are they repackaged as a 360 game? Is it a separate OS it boots into?
I was just wondering depending on the method, if they could just run OG games the exact same way they do 360 games on the one.
Some of them, Team Ninja games in particular (So DOA, Ninja Gaiden, DOAX), run fine.
However, the vast majority of games that are BC on Xbox 360 for the OG Xbox run like garbage. Missing effects, glitches, framerate issues, flat out broken games, all issues that crop up in many of the BC titles available on 360 that were never present in the original release.
Now I'm aware what was going on was emulation, but I can say to the degree it was being done. It certainly wasn't on the level we are seeing here.
Lastly, I think we should keep an eye on the Phantom Dust rerelease for Xbone and W10. Its not a traditional "remaster", like the upcoming Voodoo Vince Remastered, and imo, will be indicative of what we will see MS do with original Xbox games moving forward.
