ayo what the fuck, I had no idea this even existed. Good shout! will check it out
I recommend this one too. Its mechanics are simpler, but it's fun.

the biggest issue I remember is that enemies would RNG in the fog of war and you can casually walk into a squad without cover and get wiped. Constantly
I think it's like 3 dollars on Steam. Almost picked it up yesterday. Never have played it, just some of the first one.
For sure, papito. Please buy it and play it. You will thank me

Is there a bathroom nearby where I can vomit?
Those games never appealed to me, and I'm not interested in their stories either.
Mutant Year Zero; the characters on the cover don't make me want to play them.
The mirror seems as a good place as any.![]()

Wanted to play the first one on steam deck but gave up so to controls being wonky.
Even Diana Troy.Having Worff.. Geordi Laforge.. Data.. etc on your team is so fkn awesome![]()
That franchise, or anything related to XCOM, isn't for me... I'll pass. The mirror seems as a good place as any.
Also, no idea what the fuck are you even talking about, given how vastly different all these games are from each other.
You dont exactly have the best taste in games so checks out. That franchise, or anything related to XCOM, isn't for me... I'll pass.
Well, everyone's different. You dont exactly have the best taste in games so checks out.
You are not even talking about a franchise here. That franchise, or anything related to XCOM, isn't for me... I'll pass.
Yes, you're right. I suppose they share the same universe, but with different genres. You are not even talking about a franchise here.
These are literally three entirely different games (mechanically) set in entirely different universes/fictional settings.
Strange, but it reminds me more of Age Of Wonders 4 than Xcom (but i only saw a limited amount of time)Recommend this to any fans of X-COM.
absolutely love xcom2
the calm before the storm in the dropship... moving your squad in formation to cover all angles... sending a lone teammate up ahead of the team as bait to draw out enemies... having an elevated sniper watch everything... retreating to lure enemies into a tactical trap... color-coding my team's clothes based on class... getting emotional when it all fails miserably and my best soldiers die in a single mission...
love the game
but the highest difficult is brutal. dont know how anyone beats it.
One of the coolest and most satisfying things in XCOM 2 is to set a gigantic web of intricate overwatch positions, suppressive fire cones, etc while in stealth and then just send your "samurai shotgunner" to strike that single advent soldier...
You can clean maps in a single turn if you do that correctly.

I'm talking about the feel of the gameplay like hitting the enemies and such.Age of Wonders 4!? No.
They're the full-fat version, and can even include War of the Chosen and all DLC packs. Apparently, it runs even better on iPads compared to PS4 and Switch in times of load times lolAnyone know what the X-COM 2 iOS/iPad version is like? I already have it on PC but interested in a potential game or two via mobile device thingy while on the go.

These two individuals need an hour long lecture on personal space ethics.I think i got it free on epic store, tried once and when this meme happened, i decided it wasn't for me.

But i'm also not a fan of the genre so there is that.
Only "similar" games that i liked are vandal hearts 2 and mutant year one.
If ure referring to War of the Chosen, you should absolutely play with it on as it dramatically changes the base game.I brought it. It's recommended to play it with the dlc? Is it better than the base game alone for the first playthrough?
Pretty sure I did. You play on steamdeck? I probably tried the top rated community layout. I think the first game intrigued me more than the second and I'd like to give it another shotAre you activating the controller in the settings menu from keyboard to controller? Otherwise controls will be very uncomfortable
