Wait...I found a full, crisp version of the best karaoke song in the game. It gives me life.
BREEAKING THE WOOORRRLD

Edit: throw the JCC mini game in there also. Honestly most mini games could be their own games.
some general tips
- if you wait too long to shift from LOW -> HIGH you'll spin your tires a bit, losing acceleration for a moment. try to shift right when the 3rd green bar is full.
- you don't need to use your break or to stop accelerating at all during the first stage. You can drift through every turn. My time for the first stage is usually 58' or 59'.
- ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be patient when dealing with traffic. if you have to slow down for a second or two before you can find an opening, that is LEAGUES better than getting into an unnecessary car wreck.
- if you're in a turn and you see another turn sign, you're probably going to need to slow down.
It is possible to complete OutRun even if you get into a wreck. try to not get frustrated and play very attentively.
Why would you need to fight during the escort mission. You can sneak and only have to fight at the end.
Gotta say the dancing minigame sucks ass tho. Karaoke too but less so. Whoever made those probably isn't musically gifted. Scroll speed changing on every line of the karaoke songs drives me nuts.
The game gives you the names of the places but it turns into a case of trial and error since we can't read the Japanese signs.Does the game eventually point to you in the map which stores you can buy for real estate? Running around store to store after unlocking this is getting annoying and I hope theres an actual map showing what you can buy
Where can I buy a fishing rod for Kiryu?
Same. I've been in chapter 7 for like a dozen hours just doing this shit, it's great.

Exactly, which is why I'm wondering why it's notThat's because he said "best karaoke song in the game".

Both the real estate and hostess club activities would benefit a lot from a phone app to manage everything, it'd be the perfect complement
Sooo I just now beat Leisure King and so Pink Street & two of the others opened up. I started investing and collecting and now Pink Street, the first building you have, is in trouble. Yet on the map I don't see any red or anything for me to fix the problem. Do I have to do some side stuff some more before attempting to fix it or am I forgetting to do something before I can fix it?

Man, Nightlife Island is much better than the passive nature of the Money Island. The Special Trainings and Club Openings really break up the monotony so frequented in waiting for cash/upgrades on Kiryu's side (especially if you went for all S Ranks like I did).
Random things I like/dislike
Dislike: It really messes up the pacing and story build-up sometimes. I'm at chapter 7 now and I wish they would've just told one story all the way through first, Resi 2 style. I'm sure that has plot reasons though.

Yeah, groups also jump you more depending how drunk you are.well don't I feel dumb now
Last night playing way too late I realized I had equipment and just figured I'd use it. Should have read!
How many telephone girls substories are there?
pawn shop has a super expensive one. I was rich by the time I needed one so I just got that.
I got one for free when I went to fish at the pier, and I think another from doing the sushi gin sidequest.
funny thing is going into a cutscene where Kiryu acts broke right after dropping 30 million on a fishing rod.
I was actually thinking about remote playing from my phone to make some money while I'm away. Shit is addicting. I need all the abilities unlocked! I stopped playing the main story just to focus on taking down the real estate kings.

Crashed with me as wellIs anyone able to play Texas Hold Em as Majima without the game crashing after five minutes? Seems to crash for me everytime I start to win.
Wonderful game otherwise.
Leisure King is down, I feel so fucking powerful now I own the whole district, this thing is addictive as fuck.
Which one should I focus on next? Electronics King district?
Go to the general vicinity of the area (it's highlighted in the business section in the options menu) then open the map. There should be a small red circle somewhere in the area, that's where the trouble is.
Its most likely hidden behind a Taxi or Save symbol, It should be on the edge of the map. Zoom in a bit and you should find it.
Yakuza 0 has now become my favorite game of the series
the story is really well done, even though the gameplay hasn't changed or evolved from the previous games, but there is so much things to do in the game
some of the substories are really boring, i just want to know if it's better to just skip them and play the main story or should i play both ??
Hm, well thanks, I'll try those tips. It just feels like there's a very low tolerance for error.
SUCK IT MISS ISOBE
I AM THE KING OF THE OSAKA DANCE FLOOR!
She was easier than Otiga but goddamn did it take an epic combo plus two perfect fever combos.
This goddamn Disco game.
Which is odd since Haruka's chapter in Yakuza 5 which was basically just a glorified rhythm game was actually pretty fun and catchy.
