Zexal had the Galaxy and Gagaga Cards, some really amazing and unexpected twists and some pretty cute characters like Anna. And everyone is awesome it some point. Also had the best heel turn from a character in the series. It all ended horribly and was managed terribly, but the good ideas were there.

GX has dueling Tarzan over Sandwiches, and everyone but Jaden sucks and loses all the time. You can cut every duel and just turn it into the start, and the final scene were the MC screams losing and you won't miss anything, you just need the part where Jaden comes in and stomps the guy who stomped all the cast.

As someone who for years had superfast downloads on PS3, Vita and PS4, 2 months ago my PS4 started downloading at dial-up speeds (it took me over a day to download this game), while my PS3 and Vita still download at lightning speed.

It sucks.

I guess so. But Zane/Ryo is my favorite Yugioh character, so I have a bias toward it. Plus, nostalgia and such. Lol.

Say, how far are you into ARC-V??

Also now that we talk intros, the new opening gets me hyped as shit. (Heavy SPOILERS)

However nothing matches the hype for 5D's season 2 opening

Now that we are in anime territory, I feel the need to praise ARC-V for it's treatment of female characters compared to past series (Except maybe 5D's season 1-2)

All females are interesting and are key to the story, and all of them have a cool deck and can fight, instead of just talking about friendship.

Also, we got this goddess. Hope we see more of her later

....Now I´m pissed we can't fight her in this game to get Gem-Knights easily. One of the best Fusion decks out there

I'm still only about six episodes in. Every time I go to watch it, the game pulls me away. DX

Man, now I want to go watch all of the series' original versions instead of the dubs. I feel like I'm missing out. Lol.
Although the first Japanese opening for DM won't be the GOAT English one...

My overall impression of this game is that it's really great and this is without having even tried the online experience yet. Menus and presentation overall is really smooth. Loading times are very good. Story arcs are nicely condensed and go over the main plot points.

Love how everything automated works mostly as it's supposed to. The only problem I experienced so far is using the card Honest. I'm supposed to be able to use its effect during the damage step of either player when I have it in my hand but I don't see any prompts coming up.

There is another way to check what cards exist in the game. Yesterday the AI played against me a card I can't honestly remeber, but I'm sure somebody here will know which one it was or know some others with a similar effect, that among other things asked for me to call one card, to check if it was in their hand or something like that, and maybe send it to the graveyard if it was, whatever. The important part was that I got like... pages and pages of card names to select from. Just... so many pages. So yeah, I guess that's a list of all the cards the game has. If someone is brave/bored enough to write them down... the means to know is there.

Missed that. The only other one I could think of is Archfiend's Oath but that too is you using it. :/

I know that Anki is in the game which means the Boosters go up to at least Premium Gold 2.

Wait....I KNOW WHAT I CAN DO!!!!

Instead of writing all of this shit down, I'll use Mind Crush and then just take screencaps of the card list using the PS4 build in share button. Then I'll upload the entire list to my Imgur account and upload them here so everyone can check the lists.

Let me get to work everyone, I shall (hopefully) provide the entire card list in the game soon.

You can also use Prohibition too so you can just use it on your turn

So there's no real story for the Arch V portion of this? I wanted to do that before everything else so I can buy it's battle packs to build a Pendulum deck. How can I buy Pendulum battle packs in game?

The last pack you unlock from the Zexal series is the Pendulum pack.

You say that but the females in Arc-V still really don't do much. Also, I'm expecting the first DLC pack to go past episode 13 at the very least.

This not only gets the information to you guys faster but instead having to go through 20 pages of one letter to see every card, It's better to do an entire list of each letter at once and if you spot a card you can just pause the video and see if what you're looking for is there.

Yuzu's role in the story is to keep Yuya away from his other counterparts and serve as motivation for Yuya to become a Lancer and move the plot forward. I'm confident that she will be kidnapped by Academia before they meet again for further motivation. She had her rivalry with Masumi but that's done with now.

It's been a while since I''ve played the game, but I believe I've encountered an unfortunate bug that cost me a few magic/trap slots.

Essentially, I managed to take two of my opponent's monsters with magic cards and use them to summon a level 7 monster. The enemy's monsters also happened to have spellbinding circles attached to them... which were not destroyed after I used them as tributes.

This left me with two useless magic/trap lots for the remainder of the round. I assumed they automatically discarded after their attached monsters were destroyed as the face of the card states, but maybe I'm missing something here.

It's because the card says "when the monster is destroyed, send this card to the graveyard". Since you tributed them, it doesn't count as destruction

That is not a bug, it is how they are, because the monster wasn't destroyed, those spellbinding circles do not get removed, because their removal requirements were not met.

Its the same with Fiendish Chain, Call of The Haunted, and a bunch of other spell and trap cards too
