Have you seen Arakawa Under the Bridge? It's hilarious (but sadly only SD on Crunchyroll).

This coming Thursday, almost certainly. Like I said before, they had a special with the voice actresses this week, so the show hasn't even really begun in Japan yet.Sure would be nice if Crunchyroll would gave us a date already of when they're going to air Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. :/
But honestly, the blatant incest-pandering is by far the least of this piece of otaku-masturbatory-novel problems.
He'll also use gadgets to compensate for his size. Notably, he'll use the Stun-Gun Wristwatch to put Kogoro to sleep, then use his Voice-Changing Bowtie to imitate his voice and solve the case through him. So without further ado:Detective Conan World said:The story follows the adventures of Shinichi Kudo (also known as Jimmy Kudo in Case Closed), a young detective prodigy who was inadvertently shrunk into a child's body due to a poison he was force-fed by members of a criminal syndicate. Neighbor and family friend Professor Agasa strongly suggested Shinichi hide his identity to prevent them from killing him and the people he cares about, so Shinichi takes the name Conan Edogawa. He goes to live with his childhood friend Ran Mouri and her father, Kogoro, and tries to use Kogoro's detective agency as a way to find the people who shrank him without letting Ran figure out who he really is.
The Moonlight Sonata case marks the first mystery that spans longer than an episode's length in the series, and deservedly so. It's a case that sort of sets an archetype for future episodes with it's removed-from-society and insular atmosphere. It's also appropriately theatric as a case that teaches Conan lessons about human behavior that leave a mark on him for the rest of the series.DCW said:Kogoro Mouri received a strange cut-and-paste letter from a client called Keiji Asou asking him to investigate something on Tsukikage Island. He then found out that the man requesting for the investigation, Keiji Asou, has been dead for 12 years. He was a world-renowned pianist who suddenly killed his family, set his house on fire, and played Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata as his house burnt around him.
These episodes are a favorite of mine because it breaks down the illusion that Detective Conan is made up of a one-dimensional cast. Normally aloof and lecherous, Kogoro suddenly shows a glimpse of genius that's long since been tucked away.DCW said:After Kogoro and Conan take down a would-be bank robber, they head off to Kogoro's 15-year class reunion with Ran. Kogoro's old friends were all on the state-winning Judo team together, but when the beautiful Yumi Horikoshi turns up in her room dead of an apparent suicide, the fun is abruptly ended.
Even if you don't follow Detective Conan, you've probably seen the characters if you've been around anime. One of the more striking and fan-loved characters is the gentleman thief Kaitou Kid and his striking white suit. The episodes involving a heist with Kaitou are always a treat, but none have been as great as his debut appearance in this 1-hour special.DCW said:Sonoko's family wants Kogoro to protect their priceless piece of jewelry called the Black Star from the Phantom Thief. The necklace along with other valuables will be on display at a museum where people are sure the Phantom will strike.
I knew you'd react that way, Corvo.
Anyway, brb, starting Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
That's a pretty solid list, all of these cases are very classic Conan. I have watched them so many times, but from that list Luxury Liner Serial Murder Case and Mountain Villa Bandaged Man Murder Case are my top favourite ones. So, seeing as how attempting to recommend Detective Conan is a bit unfeasible given it's staggering episode count with more than 700 episodes, about a dozen OVAs, and coming up on it's 18th movie, I thought it might be beneficial to present a few great episodes to give a small taste of the series and hopefully persuade others to dive in. Because simply not suggesting the show isn't acceptable— it really has earned it's place in both anime and detective stories in general.
There shouldn't be any, Star Driver is the best of BONES studio's original series.Shit. I feel like a re-watch of Star Driver may be in order.
Quick, someone remind me why this is a bad idea.

Kenzen Robo Daimidaler Episode 1:
Another series that couldn't hold my interest for more then 10 minutes, mainly because I can't support this perverted protagonist.

Ah, I see you have finished Haibane Renmei!
Excellent. I look forward to seeing your Madoka and TTGL impressions like you said!
Angel Beats! 7
Yes, more pasts please and less stupid antics.
The fuck are you gonna do now? Both villains are now on the 'good' side? smh.
Ah yes, let theobviously-the-MC-likes-the-Rei-clone romance begin.
Ah there we go. You gonna actually use this twist this time?
Air 7
Fuck this episode is pulling at the heart.
Well...dang, off we go ona whole other journey?
Kiniro Mosaic 6
God damn this show is too fucking cute.
Well animated, simple though unambitious story that has a clear message, likable protagonist, great soundtrack, as well as the best BONES ending. This is the worst thing anybody's ever said about BONES.

How can any person say otherwise? Will you tell me that the messes of DtB,Eureka Seven, Wolf's Rain, or even the first FMA adaption come anywhere near?
The final handful of episodes to the end that throws away the meaningful buildup before it cannot be overlooked.Wolf's Rain is one of the greatest, most powerful anime series ever made, especially the gut-wretching ending which drives home the affection for the characters that's been built up over the full course of the series. It certainly does not deserve to be called a "mess".
Ftfy, also you're right on the money, cause it is.Because it feels like every anime ever

I only kept going because of Kanno.
Let's see:Star Driver is certainly better than Eureka Seven Ao.

Captain Earth rewatch
Wait so....I didn't exactly pay attention the 1st time but he flies off in a rocket to eject a Mech which goes through a 3-stage uhh "expansion" to another mech to fight?
Ok.
Will you also be telling me that the messes of DtB, Eureka Seven, Wolf's Rain, or even the first FMA adaption come anywhere near?

I have no idea what you mean. The last 4 episodes are the best part of the show!
Sounds like you missed the point of the entire story.![]()
Yes. Yes I would.
I'd even throw Xam'd in there and god knows THAT took a total nosedive when protagonist went on to lose his way for a third of the show. Star Driver was seriously garbage in comparison, an incomprehensible mess fueled by libido and a completely one dimensional and uninteresting protagonist who experienced -1 character growth during the entirety of the series, ass pulls literally everywhere.
You're all right, this is now my face.
