I always hope other parts of the world become better at football. In South Korea we saw both Korea (even though their knockout results were a hack, they did play well) and Japan doing really well, and a lot of fans predicted a good future for them but they've been stalled since. Goddamn, I still pissed off at Suárez for this shit. He's such a talented player - when he's on fire he tears defenses apart, he scores brilliant goals, he works his socks off for his team and doesn't give up. By all accounts, he's a good friend and a good father.

James I forget who you root for but I wanna guess it may be Germany? Because you have a lot of that Italian-spite salt in you only a German would have.

This is the best news ever for German fans. Even though I feel this year Germany would have trounced Italy if they did meet. I like Germany. They deserve better than the results they've had in recent years. Always so close and just missing that last extra step. I wouldn't mind them taking it.
