I thought Howard and O&A got along recently.
I think the one where I even said "wow, how can he not be fired?" was when he went on a huge rant during the George Zimmerman trial in response to a black caller. (The guy calls every once in a while) I'll see if I can find it. This is actually the only time where it didn't feel like shtick and felt too real.

Any proof this actually happened? Not him being a gross racist fuck, but him getting harassed. Anthony is the type of guy that would pull his gun out and "stand his ground," which is why I find this story kinda doubtful.
If it did happen, I'm sure he was taking creep shots. Dude is scum.
Does it matter if it happened? Also New York is not a stand your ground state so he would be a criminal if he did that. He said he didn't pull his gun because his life wasn't in danger.
For appearances maybe, but he hates them and they hate him.

I remember when the beef was strong. I guess when they came on Sirius it died down on air.
But Howard is a bit old for beefs of late. At least on air. I think he just doesn't have the energy for them. His Mancow beef was still the best.

Uh yes?
Well aware, the person he responded to asked if Anthony really got harassed. He responded asking does it matter. And uh yea it kind of does matter.
Wonder what he will do now? Not even AM radio will touch him, and I doubt he could bring in that much with a podcast.

Goodbye Aintfunny.
20 years of professional radio work, a reoccurring guest on Fox News, friends with well-known comedians (including Louie CK, Joe Rogan, Bill Burr, Collin Quin), rich as hell. He'll be fine.

I felt people were bringing up Patrice because he fucks with Opie & Anthony, so its really a variation of "they have black friends" argument; that and Patrice says some pretty questionable shit at times, so it's also the "black spokesperson for black people everywhere" fallacy.

So, I listened to most of that, and boy was it rough (I gave up when he started ranting about black-on-white crime going unaddressed by the media).
But I wouldn't say it was worse. He was mostly ranting about white people not being able to say shitty things. In that twitter rant he's actually saying those shitty things.

Not really. Patrice absolutely agreed that Anthony was a racist. He mentioned it several times on air.
cant wait to hear stern talk about this in october when he gets off vacation
Patrice was an interesting dude. It would seem he would prefer someone like Anthony that wore his racism on sleeve than covert racism. He always talked about hating fakes.
Patrice was wacky. He was also was not a paragon of moral virtue. I think people are missing that. Patrice also got the mysogynist label all the time and wore it proudly.
Comedians are a weird bunch. Patrice made me laugh, but I'm not going to live my life on how he lived his.
October?!
Does Howard even work anymore? I hear he only does 3 days a week of shows? I stopped listening to Howard when he went on Sirius.
Honestly, I wish there was an equal effort to find this woman and press charges for assault. Saying racist things is horrible, but so is assaulting a stranger for taking pictures (and I'd argue that physical violence is always worse than words). It's a little disturbing that all the focus is only on one bad act.

Maybe he'll start a podcast in his garage you can subscribe to.![]()
And no, the events of that night have absolutely nothing to do with whether or not he should be fired. If he was assaulted, he should have reported it. Going in public and spending two straight days calling blacks animals and savages and wishing death on the "cunt" who confronted him gets you fired regardless, as it should.
Oh yikes, people actually believe he was harrased by the five dudes? #TheotherCentralparkfive.
