Agreed. Spencer should be selling used cars.
you're just not interested in XB1, period.
and as a Wii U owner, it doesn't offer better value for its current msrp than XB1 to me, but you know, opinions.
I'd struggle to name one worthwhile exclusive on Xbox One, yet I can think of ten worthwhile exclusives on Wii U just off the top of my head.
I seriously don't see how anyone could seriously say the Xbox One represents better value than the Wii U at this moment in time.

Needs to shrink half in size. That's about it really.

Obviously opinions ahead but I see next to no value in a Wii U. It doesn't just have slightly worse multiplats, it has next to no multiplats. None of the exclusives really interest me beyond a passing glance. The game pad is kinda cool but useless if I have no games to play on it.I'd struggle to name one worthwhile exclusive on Xbox One, yet I can think of ten worthwhile exclusives on Wii U just off the top of my head.

Wii U doesn't have Halo.
Uh, well, Halo is better than all Nintendo exclusives. It's like, opinions, man.
They've kinda already done all that...Quit with all the sports, tv, call of duty, madden, kinect, yearly games, and dashboard ads nonsense. Everything they announced the X1 to be was all the stuff I DON'T want in a console.
Focus on games. Lower the price of xbox live and I'll buy one.
I could also argue that Xbox One doesn't have "Halo" either now 343 are in charge, "but y'know opinions.
I think this is the point I need to stop reading this thread.

So many people rag on the X1 having slightly worse multiplats yet so many defend the Wii U with its apparent lack of any multiplats.

I can't see Halo remakes moving the console that much (it will sell some, but like MUCH much, I really doubt it), so it's up to Halo 5 to start moving it. And if that fails, I'm quite sure Halo 5 will be introduced to PC within a year after the initial release.
I honestly can't see a bright future for Xbone at the moment. Xbone just doesn't offer anything that's more interesting than PS4/Wii U/PC - apart from Halo 5. And is one game enough? I wouldn't buy a console for just one game, dunno about others.

That would be a stupid argument, unless you mean that it currently doesn't have a Halo game even though that will change in a couple of months with The Master Chief Collection.

Heh, yeah that's not gunna happen.
Last Halo game on PC originally released 10 years ago.
Even the bloody RTS game never came to PC. Halo will always be an Xbox franchise. I'll eat many, many hats if I'm wrong.
Cross compatibility with 360 games or a cheap digital upgrade option of my existing 360 games that work on Xbox one and future consoles
I never wrote any of that. I don't give a crap what sells Xbox Ones. Halo, whether it's the MCC this year or Halo 5 next year, is more excitement for me than any title on Wii U. I didn't have to write Gears of War, Crackdown, Forza, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive... because Halo is already better than their entire lineup, to me. My post was aimed at that user's comment.

Banjo-Threeie, even though a different team/studio would be making it I would join the Xbox party for that game.
My friend was gonna get a PS4 over an XB1 but she changed her mind just last week. She actually said she was really swayed by MS's capacity to deliver consistent and robust monthly updates. That and the negligible real world performance difference.
Nothing at this point. The exclusives seem weak (and seem to be mostly heading to the PC), the services are mostly irrelevant to an NZ audience and the hardware is uninspiring.
Maybe a new Rallisport Challenge.
