While sex is great and all, if you're not in the mood for it, you're not in the mood for it. Period. It's not just some thing you automatically do all the time without question or hesitation (though some people will say otherwise).

That said, regularly rejecting sex may be an issue.

I usually pick video games OP. You can't just give her what she wants on-demand all the time...that'll make her complacent.

At this point in my marriage, it's pretty much settled that she's my property, so I just throw her a bone every once in a while. But mostly, I deny her my essence to let her know who is in control. Sometimes I make a deal where if she watches me playing Skyrim and compliments me on how well I'm doing, I'll give her some sex. Unfortunately, since we go so long in between sessions, I cum in like under a minute, but I just tell her that's better than nothing.
 
Skyrim sucks play Arcanum instead.

Why can't no mean no? What is with all the pressure to do it. Not wanting to have sex and being pressured into it is bad.

They need to develop a mind controller for PC/consoles, that way you could carry out conjugal duties but still concentrate on more important stuff. You don't really need to think about sex whilst doing it, it's like rodding the drains.
