Both friends and your car club populate it. You don't need to add anyone individually, though I'd imagine people who are on both lists will be highest priority for your game.

Looking forwards to tangling with GAF in-game

This thread filling up with club members gets me even more hyped than I already was over this game.

The GAF club made the first Horizon even more awesome with a shared garage and a good leaderboard of people to compare yourself to.

Hopefully the demo will ease the wait though; the demo for the first game was released October 9th and the full game was released October 23rd in NA, so I'm betting that we'll see a demo for this released on the 16th.
