I think Wilson's going to jail and the PD is going to be taken to task by Eric Holder's investigation. There hasn't been a more open and shut case like this in years; it's not like Zimmerman where there were no eyewitnesses. Ferguson has for years been issuing more warrants than there are people, at an average of 3 per household - which is simply crazy. Then there's the insane amount of force that was applied during the protests. I understand and sympathize with those who can't help but be cynical, but I think shit's going down.

The Zimmerman case actually did have witnesses but they were grappling so it was kind of confusing.
At least one Zimmerman eyewitness confirmed (by clothing color) that Trayvon was on top during the final struggle. This certainly helped with the self defense claim.

Nah, you see they'll just say he was speaking German and you over heard him wrong as he was clearly saying Niger as in the river. So he was saying, The Niger, The.
You know what I'm saying, though. It happened in broad daylight. There were multiple people from different angels watching as Brown was raising his hands and being shot to death. There is no question in their minds about what they saw. This is unlike the Zimmerman trial where it was dark and people didn't see the important parts of the altercation, only the aftermath.
I certainly don't dispute that Brown's hands were up, but I just cannot believe that there were two other cops there at the time Brown was shot. I feel like this is information that Dorian Johnson would have been aware of and would definitely have mentioned.

I'm incredibly interested to know why CNN is treating an anonymous radio caller with the same credibility as an eye witness in this article.
While reading it I was completely confused by this passage

Any person reading the article without taking the time to actually click the link would have come to the conclusion that there were other witnesses at the scene who saw Brown assault Darren Wilson and grab at his gun when that was not the case. What kind of shitty reporting is this?

I saw some of them in the thread about the firefighter that "lied" about the police harassing his kids. They were wanting the fireman to be fired and sued. When more information came out proving that he didn't lie they disappeared.

The Zimmerman case had a public record phone call as evidence where Zimmerman said "these fucking punks [referring to Trayvon] always get away," told the police dispatcher that he was following Trayvon, and acknowledged to the dispatcher that Trayvon was fleeing from him. Fleeing
And Zimmerman still got away with it.

Not much. A couple of workers were filmed while reacting to the shooting, raising their arms in the air and claiming the Brown had already surrenderd. Also, apparently there were 3 cops, not just Wilson.

The one constant with EVERYONE who was any sort of witness is that Michael Brown was surrendering and not threatening the cop in any way when he was murdered. I seriously doubt that is a coincidence. It'll be the LA Riots all over again if this doesn't go the way it needs to.

I still think that any "stumbling" towards Wilson, which has been mentioned by a decent number of witnesses, will be used in court as "reason" for Wilson to think Brown was rushing him and help him get off.
I think they never see black people a victims. We are guilty by default and if someone killed one of us then we had to have done something to cause it.
I doubt someone who donated to Wilson will last very long here, the lure of posting subtle racism will be too great.
