Smh this game is fucked. This guy on the other in salvage was just dancing the entire match, getting killed over and over. At the end of the game guess what he received? The Last Word.

I-I was joking about the 10,000 thing! That's one of the requirements?! Fuck this bounty! I hate Crucible!

It happens to me all the time, I end up first with no reward and the lvl 24+ guys get all the blues and purples.
 
I thought everyone knew that those blocked off areas were DLC?

how the fuck do you even get that, I did like 60 matches in pvp and didn't get a single legendary.

This is what happens when skill and a minimal amount of play isn't factored into the equation. Bunch of people just afk and still get rewards at the end, sometimes the best ones too.
 
Anyone know what the legendary "Crucible" item is? Says I found in after a Skirmish match but got nothing once I was back in matchmaking.

Yea it's definitely a grind, but it definitely sounds a lot worse than it is. You can knock it out after a couple control games if you're capturing points and getting assists, not even necessarily getting kills. At least you get a pretty awesome looking yellow rifle out of it that is getting buffed soon.
 
The new new loot cave is pretty good. Very comparable to the first one. The only difference is you need to shoot 2 caves alternating and the enemies are a little different. I did it for a couple hours with my friend and got a bunch of engrams. Not as many as the original loot cave but still very very good

Actually that is outside of the map, not in the Kings Watch area. That places is 100% fine. I've been and killed the boss. That is outside the map which you jump over the rooms (which obviously don't have textures from that angle due to things never having textures or sometimes even loading at all from places you are never meant to be). Once you glitch into the areas after navigating through a bunch of pipes and falling in the right place and sliding etc it's fine and you don't fall out. Looks nothing like that and saying that is the state the area is in is just striaght up misleading. Seraphim Vault (the actual area you can get to and isn't blocked off) is also fine minus a missing death pit (as is you fall into the darkness but can survive).

That's not big enough to not have the majority of the content already distributed to us.
 
The one thing I don't like about this game is how it doesn't really explain shit. I will not lie I don't even know who the hell Xur is. I rather not have to google info about a game when playing it.
 
All of this DLC and content talk reminded me of the Activision/Bungie contract.

If it still holds true, it detailed a "major downloadable expansion pack" called a Comet, due in the Fall of the year following each game's release (in this case, it would be Fall 2015) as well as "smaller interstitial" DLC releases in between.

I'm thinking Expansion I and II are these smaller interstitial DLC releases, and there could certainly be more than two before this proposed Comet release next Fall.

Thought I would rant a bit and say fuck you RNG. Other than my legendary heavy machine gun and rocket launcher, I earned all of the legendaries/exotics I use. Helm/bond was purchased with vanguard marks, chest + boots with crucible marks, sunbreakers and Suros Regime with strange coins by doing the weekly strike. I got Bad Juju and Invective by doing annoying exotic bounties. So basically, screw the loot cave and Destiny's shitty RNG.

All that's really left to do in this game for me is the raid, and I don't have all that much interest in it to begin with. I'm pretty burned out on the whole thing, so I think I'm done with the game for now. Bring on Shadow of Mordor, I guess.

Seriously, we destroyed their team. My friend had a 26.0 K/D and I had a 16.0 KD. What did we get? Nothing lol

Postmaster has it. Opening it will give you a legendary and some other stuff, but I don't know if the legendary is guaranteed.

So now that I am level 26 I have to grind for spin metal and spirit blooms and shards in order to upgrade my gear? Doesn't sound like the best game design choice for Bungie IMO...

Should I upgrade my base level 26 legendary gear or should I just try to get better legendary gear at level 26 from the raids before upgrading it again?

Is there a level 26+ guide anywhere? Thanks!
 
what the fuck is up with matchmaking today. I keep getting put in skirmishes on a team of 2 against 3. And when I do get on a team of 3 it ends up being an AWFUL team and the people don't even know to revive you.

people to do a raid is fucking impossible. I ask in the tower and get no responses and I even ask here and it is like no one plays the 360 version.

Raid should be able to be completed with 3 people. I'm at the last area but it seems like I won't complete it because of the stupid weekly reset.

Blah.
