Got my second Zombie Apoc WF47 - this one's arc! Once I get solar, I'll have the trifecta of tasty machine guns!

E: Also, am I missing something? Just got this. Maybe there's a joke I just don't get?

I know this is the smart thing to do but i just cant bring myself to do it. Im leveling an alt but its a warlock. I know i should just bite the bullet for extra raid rolls but lvling an alt titan seems so lame.

Virtual high-five. Also a scout rifle bro, and I also got that rifle and fell in love with it...right up until I got Vision of Confluence from the raid. The raid gave me both of those scout rifles. It was like, "Yeah, you like that rifle? Well how about this? BAM!" Elemental damage, full auto, quick reload and oracle boost. Beastly. PEACE.

I'd probably have to take a step back and question my existence at that point. Shooting a cave for hours is a bad enough waste of time as is.

Yes, like I said it is really poor design to force you to make 3 of the same character to get the best chance to get raid gear.

I refuse to do it because it makes no design sense. Bungie has a long way to go to get this game's loot system in better shape. Decent steps in the first month, but it is really sad to see how poor the drops can be in a raid.

One run gave me ascendant energy in 2 chests, ascendant shards in 1 chest and then more ascendant energy from the bosses and 1 legendary weapon.

Awful. Just awful.

Serious question, is the full auto actually any good? It seems sort of counter to the accuracy of the weapon type. I love my scout rifles but I guess I just don't get that gun on paper (minus the elemental damage).

On another note, I am on and kicking around. Was still hopeful to get the nightfall done, may try my hand at solo if there aren't many people taking a crack at it.

I play heavy PvE. Bounties help and so did getting my primary maxed out to the point I can start sharing legendaries with my alts.

Get rank 2 vanguard on each character and pay Xur for some exotic armor and reaching 26 is easy.

I made that video. I got it for the third time. That's the second time me dismantling it. For maximum amount of saltiness from my friends. I wanna bathe in their tears. I'm continually the only one to get it in our group even though I already got it twice before.

First chest is always empty because the outside part is the same easy shit as on normal with only lvl 26 enemies. The right chest in gorgon labyrinth also doesn't give anything if you have completed normal mode before. The one on the left does though.

You don't want to level it up three times with three alts?

Really? I went through and none gave anything, just bosses and certain checkpoint completions.

Slowly losing interest in this game. Been playing with some friends and starting to feel burnt out. Have barely played it this week. I haven't tried the Raid yet though. I might do that someday I suppose... I'll have to find more players though. Currently the most active among my friends are me and one other.. The rest aren't Raid ready so I might have to settle for party finding online.

Luckily the crucible is still fun enough to make me keep the Disc in lol.

The fuck why would I want to level up the same gun three times if I can just upgrade one fully and use the vault to give it to an alt. Besides my two other alts are Hunters too so I only play Raid and Nightfall with them. The gun is not exactly useful for that.
 
...So there's two chests don't give anything if you've beaten it before during the week, there's a chest that does give you loot if you've beaten it before, another newly found chest that spawns sometimes, no one is sure the exact criteria to make it appear, and then another chest that always gives you spirit bloom and bullshit.

It's weird that they said they've boosted the chance for a legendary when decoding a rare engram, but after 20-30 blues later I haven't gotten a single legendary out of one. I got two or three before the patch, though.

And motes of light are popping out like crazy.
 
Finished the raid, after getting to the boss last week.

Fun, but a little miffed all I got were shards and energies. At least I got chatterwhite, would have possibly enraged like an Atheon if I had gotten the ship.

I switched from the Suros Regime to shadow price and did much better.
 
I've done the queens missions 9 times now over 2 characters. I have gotten the chest plate all 9 times.

seriously... wtf? lol

Mainly just because it sounds like a mix between a scout rifle and a shotgun haha. I love my shotguns! I use them the most in PvP lol. And when the regular shotguns get nerfed this one should still be rigged!

But yeah, shotguns are shit in PvE.
 
So I picked up Corrective Measure, Kabrs Forceful Greaves and Light of the Great Prism (Titan mark) in the first 3 chests of the Raid. We still have to beat Atheon so there's potential for more.

I'm good for the same. Just limited to playing on weekends, late Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, Friday nights.
